I was sitting the other night with glass in hand looking towards the Kyles of Bute when these words popped up on FB spoken by a well-known presenter whose career has gone belly up due to the lies, or rather “the lie that just got too big”

I began to ponder over that phrase in relation to Scotland and the Claim of Right. To bury something so deep in the hope that it will never be found and then go on as if it never existed is to live a lie, a big lie!

We in Scotland are beginning to realise just how big that lie has become. Scotland’s true history is coming to light and it’s nothing like what we were taught at school, and when something this big happens, change has to come!

There is injustice and there is injustice but this is injustice on a grand scale. Grand theft auto doesn’t even touch the edges!

Forgive me for quoting the Good Book, but there is a verse I often quote and it is this, ‘ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free’. You know, I happen to believe that!

Thanks to Salvo, our truth, our true story is being rewritten and that truth will I believe one day set Scotland free. But here’s the thing, knowledge is only power if we take that power into our own hands and do something about it. Otherwise, it just remains words on a document.

The ‘lie’ is out, the can of worms has been opened and there’s nothing Westminster can do about it as much as they try to. Sara’s work is already being talked about beyond our shores, there is no going back only the process to be worked on and we are part of that process!

Don’t just preach to the converted, tell everyone! It’s in our nature as Scots to tell a good story, and what better story to tell than how Scotlands lands have and are being raped and pillaged on a daily basis and now they are coming for our water. Not to buy it, but to take!

There is a huge difference between ‘reading and comprehension ‘ and that is understanding!

It is amazing how many who read about the Claim of Right don’t understand what it means and it’s true value. There appears to be a mental block, then there are also those who block it out completely because the magnitude of what is within this document is mind-blowing and would require immediate attention, even a complete turn around!

The hardest thing Politicians and many well-known writers find able to do is to say, sorry I got it wrong! They think this is a sign of weakness when actually it’s a sign of strength!

Some lack the knowledge of what Salvo is doing, by that, I mean the process of asking only one question. [Is Scotland an equal partner in the Union or has it been Colonised?] We only need an answer to that question to fire the starting gun and let Politicians take it forward…..if they have the guts! Maybe out of the ashes, a Phenix will arise!

Then there is that group within the Independence movement who at heart are actually Unionists, plants whose job is to distort the truth by projecting the English ideology around the Claim of Right.

As I see it Salvo has two jobs, one to take the case to the Hague and the other to educate people as to their real history, showing how Scotland has and is being robbed on a daily basis on a bedrock of lies.

We are rich and every asset whether it be oil, gas, gold or energy belongs to us and ours to determine who we will share it with.

It is criminal how some of our own assets are being taken from us and then sold back at twice the price. No more!

We must start talking up Scotland and it’s possibilies because they are endless.

Scotland’s future is in our hands, not in the hands of the Politicians anymore, they failed and should never be ‘given’ power again.

So, Steve Barclay the Conservative Health Minister has confirmed what most of us already knew, the promise of 40 new hospitals by Boris was a Con! This is an example of why I and many more believe bringing Scotland back to the principles of the Claim of Right and how things were done back then has to happen again!

We fall for it every time, we never learn the lesson. We believe this because deep down we feel the status quo is better than change. We don’t do ‘change’ very well, it’s just a bit scary! We want to believe people when they promise something, it’s human nature!

Eventually, though we have to face facts, why? Because those who con us rely on the fact that we do just that…..nothing!

Someone has to break the circle. Thousands in Scotland are doing just that, 400yrs is enough! Eyes are being opened, a light is being switched on thanks to Salvo and knowledge is power.

Within the Claim cof Right there is a principle that I personally believe in……the right of recall! No more cons! If our representatives don’t keep their promises…recall them, sack them!

We are past this point, millions are going without their basic needs, food inflation 33%. They tell us inflation is going down but many don’t know how they come to that conclusion. Every month they put different goods into a mythical basket and cost the basket, but here’s the thing, they choose the goods that go into the basket….nifty or what? I call it fiddling the figures because most of what is in that mythical basket doesn’t apply to the many!

We are being conned on a daily basis!

What Salvo will do by going to the European Courts is prove that beyond any doubt, then it will be up to Politicians to move things forward but we must never get to the point where we hand full power over to anyone. We will choose by the Ballot Box who will represent us and run this Country but ultimately we will or should retain the power to recall if necessary.

There is a saying, ‘it takes two to tango’. This is as much the case in dancing as it is now in Politics. The days when Politicians are allowed to ride solo and do their own thing once voted for have to come to and end.

Much is being discussed on SM at the moment about the role of Salvo within in the roll of Politics in Scotland and I myself have often said it is the only way forward, it is, but not in the Political sense. Salvo is not a Political Party therefore cannot in itself bring us to Independence.

They are an organization that will run alongside, in tandem with Politicians. A tool to use along with the Liberation movement, which is us, to eventually bring about the restoration of our Country built on the Claim of Right. We can not have one without the other, Politicians will bring about Independence, and Salvo will provide the vehicle, the all-important history, and give us the knowledge of how we can use The Claim of Right once again as our legal and political foundation for the future.

Salvo provide the education regards our past and our future that is why Hubs are being set up weekly around the Country, they are not meant to replace YES hubs, no one is trying to muscle in on their important role. It’s a case of all hands on deck, all of us using all the tools we need.

Salvo will initially be the ones to take Scotlands plight to the EU courts and get the answer to that all important question. Is Scotland and equal partner in this Union or have we been Colonized? Once that Q has been answered, which incidentally can only be a win-win for us either way the ball will start rolling in our favour!

The present system whereby Politicians just keep pleading is a waste of time! There are those who are talking about UDI…..well maybe after the UN answers the Q that may be a possibility who knows.

Getting back to the tandem, we know it’s working, we have caught the eyes of the men in black, they are scared. A peoples movement always scares governments. An attack on the Liberation site shows just how scared they are! I don’t usually do this but I know how much it will cost in Technology to see these people off so I am going to ask, if you can to donate to Salvo, because by doing so you are investing in Scotlands future.

The fight for Scotland is well and truly on, so join the Hubs, spread the word, there is a way forward and we are scaring the hell out of Westminster and may I dare to say Holyrood!

A couple of weeks ago many of us who belong to Salvo and the Liberation.scot learned that there had been some unwanted interference on the Liberation.scot website concerning missing names. Last night through Iain Lawson we learned just how bad it had been and I must admit I was shocked in part, not shocked this had happened but by the sheer numbers that we have achieved.

We are not ‘small and irrevelent’ as some even in the YES movement hoped for, we are big, very big. An army on the move attracting attention from The men in Black!

You may or may not be aware we are being watched, more to the point everyone in this Democratic country of ours is either being watched or listened to. Your phone and things like Alexa help the state keep their beady eye on you.

They would say it’s for your own safety and to beat crime, but what do they deem ‘crime’ to be?

We, in these organizations, hold different opinions, is that a crime? Or is the crime trying to change the kind of Democracy we have? Trying to reclaim what is legally ours? Trying to bring Direct Demoracy back to our land? Since when did change become illegal? After all Westminster changes the rules all the time, that is why we are here now trying to right a wrong.

Which one are you? Westminster is worried, very worried which means we are doing something which appears dangerous for them, just think about that for a minute, Scottish Political Parties are no longer the threat, we are! How good does that feel?!

Out chains will break, as those of over 60 other Countries have and they will have our back!

After writing this morning my thoughts turned to how other countries treat their ill people, in particular The Dominican Republic as this was where my very dear friend died 3yrs ago.

The reason I am sharing this is because we need to appreciate what we have and not shoot it down every time something goes wrong or a error is made, human or otherwise.

I lay here in a bed that I can adjust to my liking, a button I can press for assistance of any kind, my own room and bathroom. All medical equipment is of a high standard, all my needs are met.

My friend chose to live in a Country she loved, especially the beaches and the heat. I doubt if she ever gave much thought as to what would happen should her health fail her and by the time she did it was too late. Her usual route home had stopped and only a very expensive trip home via the States was available but unaffordable.

In the Dominican Republic, there are two types of treatment and care, one for the very rich and one for the rest! If as my friend was you are in the second group and your health takes a dive, life is grim, very grim indeed.

This meant that although she got basic ‘treatment’ she got no Care as in nursing…..families have to do that part and of course my friend had no family over there, just friends.

The first indication that all was dire was a photo I received from one of her friends, she was lying on a trolley attached to a Venflow in a bare room, no furniture!

The next update, nearly destroyed me and I cried for days and even now thinking about, the tears return. Her friend described how she found her on a visit. My friend had obviously had some kind of accident, they took her out into a yard naked, hosed her down with cold water and we’re scrubbing her with a floor brush!

I was angry and upset at the indignity of all this, and was glad for her sake that she passed away not long after.

I say again I have shared this personal story of my friend because we really do need to appreciate what we have even if it’s not perfect. I lay here in total awe of what we have, free at the point of delivery.

Don’t knock it, support it.

I have been asked to write a small piece about my experience of hospital life and treatment. It will be short because of how I am feeling physically.

From the moment we called an ambulance due to my condition deteriorating on Saturday and the Ambulance arriving 20mins later, yes 20mins, then into the hospital within an hour the care and attention I have received have been exemplary.

Yes, I notice the strain on staff with students doing a fair amount of the work, tests etc. But the main thing is the efficiency and expertise I am being given makes me feel safe which in turn helps my recovery.

Our young Doctors have been offered a new pay rise, they deserve this and more as do all NHS staff right down to the cleaners, most of which come from all parts of the world. What would we do without them?

Do not believe the press, they look for sensational stories, they look for the bad news stories, they want to bring Scotland down.

Won’t say anything about the food😅😅. But then I have no sense of taste or smell anyway!

So, I for one want to say a huge thank you to the staff here and to the SNHS at large.

I agree with Ash Reagan that the Ballot Box is the answer but we have to be honest here. Westminster does not care one iota about the results when it comes to Scotland. Therefore the results of any GE as far as Scotland is concerned is to take those results elsewhere’ Why? Because Westminster are always shifting the goal posts!

Now I don’t know what her plan was but I do know the plan as far as Salvo is concerned. It may take longer but a viable plan it is, and to date no other Party is running with it….hopefully that will one day change.

Any Party still advocating the only way is Westminster way is like saying ‘The only way is Essex’! Westminster can’t back down to Scotland because they simply can’t afford to. It really is as simple as that.

We must stop looking in the wrong direction!

Every Country that has successfully gained their Independence over the past 60yrs or so have looked to the East, to Europe, to the International Courts. And the truth is it will be easier, but not necessarily easy for Scotland to do the same. Why? Because we have written proof, [ Treaties and Acts] as to how we have been illegally Colonised.

Yes, there will be a ‘fight’ to regain our Rights and territorial assets but the World will be watching and judging those who would seek to continually deny us what is ours.

Our English overlords thought they had buried all the proof, but bodies have a bad habit of turning up at the wrong time!

Continue to support your own Parties by all means, but support yourself first! Our Politicians, [ Representatives ] will still be needed, only not so much!

As we adjust, those around us will adjust because they will see hope, a glint in your eye that says, ‘I know where I’m going, come with me’!

Take a positive step for yourself, take a positive step for Scotland!

The British System of Government

Britain is a constitutional monarchy. That means it is a country governed by a king or a queen who accepts the advice of a parliament. It is also a parliamentary democracy. That is, it is a country whose government is controlled by a parliament which has been elected by the people.

So, in theory we do but in practice I think not!

The more I think of how Democracy works in the UK the more I realise it doesn’t. When we enter the Polling Station to register our vote our part in Democracy starts, when we leave that Polling Station have put our cross beside whatever name, our part in Democracy ends!

This is because we have handed our Democratic rights to another person, when I say handed, I mean ‘given’. From then on that person can act in any way they wish. We are meant to believe they rule for us when in reality they rule over us! Party Politics takes over from Politics of the people and that is in direct opposition to The Claim of Right.

No wonder Holyrood MSPs want nothing to do with the Claim of Right, and those aspiring to get there or back there don’t want to know either!

We the People, the ELECTORATE have been hoodwinked into thinking we live in a Democratic Country, this conclusion is false.

We are invited to vote on a Manifesto, a few headline Policies dressed up to appeal to us but when it comes down to it those headlines represent nothing like the end game. Take the recent Police and protesting Laws introduced, did the headline suggest peaceful protest would be so restricted to the point if you walked too slow or shouted too loudly you could be arrested? Or the protest itself could not be held on the same day as the event you are protesting is being held?

And here in Scotland when the small one-liner was added to the SNP Manifesto about continuing with Trans Rights, did you see that as allowing Trans men into women private spaces thus scrapping existing Women’s Rights?

But we are partly to blame here, because not enough of us cared to go along to Hustings to ask what was behind the Headline Policy. A lot of things need to change in the future because as we have learned ‘giving power to MPs and MSPs does not work in our favour.

Add to that the Policies and Laws that pop up out of nowhere in order to control us. Democracy does not mean being controlled!

The system we have must change, it cannot be that by giving a vote to a person or party we actually lose our democracy for up to five years. The Right of Recall is denied. Power given becomes power denied to us, the Sovereign People .

This does not mean we stop voting, but we must be more a astute and engaged at the Hustings stage, call them out, ask the hard questions until Power is restored to us again.

And that will only happen through Salvo and The Liberation Movement.

I cannot emphasise this enough, we do not live in a Democratic Country as long as we keep keep giving our Democratic Rights away at the Ballot Box as is the present system.

That is my first uncomfortable truth of the day!

The second one is we now have a party in charge of Holyrood who is deliberately trying to cut up The Claim of Right.

I am not qualified to comment on the modern legalities or otherwise on this, I can only pick up on what others who are qualified are saying and it appears to be a big NO-NO.

But it is the motives that lay behind all these crazy things that are happening that draw my attention. I have been unwell for a while now, less speaking and more trawling the net has been my order of the day and believe me the days just get crazier!

Today’s laugh was quite sad really, a well know Party trying to take the glory for The Stone being returned to Scotland, when in reality is was always going to be!!

Why do motives matter?

Because they should show the truth and integrity of the person or Party who let those words loose!

So, what are the motives behind this shocking decision regarding no Jurys for Rape trials, why should women be sacrificed again on some Social Experiment. Is this just the tip of the iceberg?

What next?

We the people need to reassert the Claim of Right before all our Rights disappear. And there is only one way we can do that and bring Democracy back to Scotland and that is through..
