The time clock is ticking, and soon the kind of Democracy we think we have will be gone.

There are many kinds of Democracy but this very British type is anything but Democracy and the sad thing is people don’t know it, because nobody ever questions it.

Ask anyone what Democracy means they would probably say, ‘the right to vote’ to elect our representative in Parliament. But it actually means much more than that.

The word democracy comes from the Greek words “demos”, meaning people, and “Kratos” meaning power; so democracy can be thought of as “power of the people”: a way of governing which depends on the will of the people.

Recognize it?……neither do I.

The problem with British Democracy is it has twisted the word around to mean something very different and the acting out of it is not by the people but by Parliament. Come to think about it Westminster is the last place we see Democracy being played out….its all about whipping MPs into line and bullying!

Your part in this Democracy of ours lasts 1-2 minutes and you only get that chance every 5 years!

The minute you cast your vote you hand all of your democratic rights to another person….and don’t think for one minute they will consider you for another 5 years unless you are extremely lucky. Party Politics will take over from there on, and we have just seen how that works out!

Happy with that?

Things are changing though and these changes are worse than what we have.

Parliamentary Democracy is being replaced by Corporate Democracy and in this Democracy you will have no say whatsoever, not a single vote……unless you are a Shareholder!

Westminster will appoint businessmen to run Authorities that become bankrupt…..the circle of power will then be complete!

We can stop this train of corporate power in its tracks because there is another way, a way that brings us back to the original meaning…..

“Power of the People”!!

In 2026 we will have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to change Scottish Politics forever. This Election will not be about SNP v Labour it MUST be about the Sovereign People of Scotland taking back our Country. Then onward to standing on the world stage as a Political State in our own right. Sitting at the top table as it were!

Direct Democracy will then be at the heart of how Scotland will be run.

How will it work?

Every Candidate be it with a Party or Independently will share a common goal stated on the Ballot Paper…..SOVEREIGNTY and that is where we must all put our X.

This will act as a Plebiscite where we the People vote on one issue. Sovereignty!

Westminster and Holyrood will not recognise the importance of it or the result but the EU Community will and that is where the real power for change lies.

Never think it was Labour who got us Devolution, it was a small group of people from Scotland who went to the ICJ and we are on our way back there with Liberation.

We have a legacy to fulfil, it is now the people‘s time.

Many of our buildings are crumbling because they have been built with inferior materials and a future Scotland will fail if we use metaphorical RAAC in the institutions we are seeking to build now!

For those of you who don’t know what RAAC is it is an inferior building material that over time allows water to penetrate resulting in leaks and crumbling ceilings etc! Apparently it only has a lifespan of about 30yrs and was used a lot in the 1990s…hence all the problems now.

As we seek to build a new Scotland we must get the building materials right by that I mean the right people in the right jobs, even at this early stage.

Scotland has a wealth of talent but we also have a wealth of egos…..and the two are not always distinguishable at the onset of any organization.

I suppose the easiest example is that of the incumbent Westminster government. Many thought that Labour when in opposition were full of talent. We have now discovered the opposite!

I have always believed that people who volunteer for anything should be put through the same kind of interview [with background checks!!] as a person who wants a paid job. History sadly has taught us this must be so.

In government people who fail appear to get promoted and we suffer the consequences, we can not, must not allow that to happen here and now as we seek to build the foundations for our future.

We can not, we dare not promote people above their abilities…..if we do people will leave and the ball will be dropped. If leaks appear they must be plugged!

We have a Scottish Government who are leaking like a sieve as they roll over to their imperial masters..all pals together!

If we are to build a strong Scotland then we need strong people in the right jobs even if those jobs are just in committees or groups. Get the foundations right and the building will withstand the greatest storms.

Help us build a new Scotland.

We make decisions every day, all day, most without even thinking about them.

Some we put off….later maybe, there’s no hurry.

Sadly when it comes to Scotland for those of us for whom the dream will never die, time is running out. Our Sovereign land is being sold/ leased off piecemeal. This is not happening by accident, it was the unwritten plan of Brexit.

When the Tories said ‘we will take back our country’ …..the ‘we’ meant the rich, the entrepreneurs, the colgomerates!

Now WE SCOTS must take Scotland back. The fact that we have a Secretary of State for Scotland who is an MP of the Westminster State says it all. We are governed by another!

Now is the time to pull together, now is the time to build the strategies moving towards the 2026 Election.

There needs to be some humbling in Scottish Politics.

No individual or Party Leader is bigger than another in this fight but only those big enough to be part of the whole will survive! Personal ambitions must be laid down on the alter for Scotland……they can be picked up later if they must…..but for now we must become one!

We must become one in our identity and our narrative and Liberation. Scot is the place to do it.

Make today the day!

That one question alone should set alarm bells ringing. The sheer magnitude of it is almost unbelievable. It stretches right along the central belt and joins the Forth Freeport.

Together they cover the most densely populated parts of Scotland, who agreed to this and why?

Someone in each Authority signed up to them, and each Authority will be contributing to them. Those amounts will be hidden somewhere in their budgets, probably under the heading of ‘Investments’!

Did no one learn anything from the losses we incurred when Iceland crashed?

If we can invest these vast amounts of money in Foreign Companies that only seem to offer a small number of low-paid jobs, yet run away with all the profits why can’t we, as a country build our own, state-owned companies [infrastructure ] and keep the profits….surely this would be a win-win situation…….ah yes…I forgot that state-owned would then yield nothing for the Shareholders, the entrepreneurs who put money into a company, then sit back and watch.

Do not be under the impression that Authorities only put in a one-off payment, these are ongoing payments out of an ever-decreasing budget.

Edinburgh Council has just realised their big mistake!

They will make £90m, [and counting] less than promised whilst their input will increase!!…..and they are not the only ones whose eyes have been opened. The viability of the Solent Freeport is also being questioned.

SEZs offer many advantages to Private Firms but those advantages come at a great cost to us, even as individuals.

The greatest loss is revenue to Councils through all the tax breaks and incentives. When a Council loses revenue two things happen, we fill the gap through Council Tax and our services are greatly depleted.

They hide behind the excuse of ‘the rise in costs’ but the reason goes much deeper than that. They are investing your taxes in these big Foreign Colgomerates. The big glossy pamphlets may offer them a deal but like Edinburgh and others, the reality is much different.

Investments are a gamble and gamblers lose!

In this case because Shareholders keep demanding more!

Why do we find it so difficult to describe who we are, or don’t we know any more? We all have unique identities made up of many things like language, race, and culture plus our own little quirks. Many of these are shared with others yet they remain unique in how we express them.

If Scotland was just a box what words would you use to fill it to describe its uniqueness its identity?

How do you describe your identity as a Scot?

A lot of questions, but they are important because in a recent survey when asked about identity a lot of people saw themselves as British not Scottish!

How have we become so British?

Well, the first thing we have to understand is that British means English and it’s all those subliminal messages since childhood.

It’s called Brainwashing!

The English Monarch on our currency, the English Monarch on our stamps, the English Crown stamped on most official documents including passports again, the English tax systems, English Laws, the Union Jack on most food now even if produced in Scotland! English textbooks in schools and of course the English language.

Even Holyrood is part of the English state as are those who represent us in it.

Need I go on?

We have been Englified!! to the point where we even think like them….god help us!

It is time to fill our own box and express who we really are, or want to be.

That might take a wee bit of thinking about, but necessary to present to the UN…..we do not want to present ourselves as clones of the British Estate!!…….a mini Westminster!

We all need to work together on this, bring our ideas into one box, one movement.

Liberation is not a one-man band, it’s thousands of people coming together with one vision and how to achieve it…..and there’s room for more, it’s a big box…..join us.

Do not be under the apprehension that folk with titles or letters after their name also possess Common Sense!!!

And why is that important?

Because having common sense means you can make practical decisions on your understanding of what needs to be done!

Many people join organizations or Parties but stand back from being active participants because they feel they are not qualified to do so.

I challenge that assumption!

The very fact that you join something shows that your thinking aligns with others in that organization. Joining also shows you have opinions and we all need to hear those opinions.

The how we do things is as important as why we do them!

Common sense is about being Practical. The world is full of people who write about theories but give me a practical person any day!

They don’t over think things, they quickly analyse the risks and benefits and then just get on with the task.

You can always tell the difference between a thinker and a doer!!

Thinkers often miss the social clues around them, eg. How they come across to others!

Time management is another clue, and they usely only focus on their own Raison d’être!

I will yield to the Power of Common sense any day because your common sense is a product of your focus and experience of life….. it’s not from a textbook!

Philosophers have their place but at this moment in time Scotland needs grafters, people who will roll up their sleeves and help build a new Scotland together with others.

Let’s bring some common sense to the table and unify.

As winter looms ever nearer many will be faced with difficult choices, these choices are very real but it was also a choice of the government to make it so……but why?

Looking at the cash they are doling out here there and everywhere, their original black hole would seem to have disappeared!

Governments have this habit of making us look in one direction while they do something elsewhere.

As we focus inward are they hoping we won’t notice what is happening on our doorstep? The media tell us things are going to get much worse….they might be right, but they hide the real reason. This is much more than cutting benefits it’s about cutting out government intervention altogether and replacing it with Privatisation.

Less government more private companies, from the NHS right down to Local Government and all stops in-between!

We will suffer but we don’t need to suffer as much, because once free of our colonial masters we can start to reverse the tide of privatisation.

What’s wrong with privatisation you may ask, we need private businesses!

Yes, we do…..but the kind of private sector Freeports etc will bring is not your ordinary local business type…..these are the big boys who will use your money, [74m & £100m out of Barnet Consequentials with 1.1 million people living in poverty in Scotland!!!] and pay little or no tax and then run off with all the profits!

Billions of taxpayers money is being used overall to entice big business over here and nearly every MP/MSP has shares in those companies.

It is decision time, to move forward or let the ivy choke what is left!

Scotland is not a spectator sport, we are a country whose identity has been taken from us and we need now more than ever to take it back. To do that we need to do a little more than just wave a flag. We need to take that flag to the UN and make our voices heard, show them who we are!

……and this is the place to do it!

As a nation, we have greatly miscalculated what lies behind Brexit. Having now been presented with the truth, to ignore it would be a decision.

If we thought that the EU rules were difficult to swallow, welcome to a world where there are NO RULES!

In general, rules are made to protect people, removing that protection we open ourselves up to lawless society. Within the boundaries of Freeports and SEZs companies will be able to re-write things like Tax Laws, Employment Laws, Planning Laws etc and can even higher their own private police…..and no-one will be able to challenge them. The boundaries will be set, one Law for them, another for us!

In this very English type of Democracy that we have, our X on the ballot paper unfortunately gives a new Leader the power to make sweeping statements on our behalf!

The PM keeps telling the world ‘ We stand with Israel’….do we? I certainly don’t agree with its political aims! This game of revenge will not end well for any of us. This does not make me anti….anything!

Would it not be more honest to say, ‘I stand with…..’ but then honesty is in very short supply these days.

In a country that stands on Direct Democracy, there will be no Royal ‘we’! Whoever is elected by the people to represent them will reflect the will of the people.

People sigh and say ‘If only’ as if there is no answer to their present plight, but we know there is, it might not be immediate but just stepping onto that road of hope will in itself lift their spirits and energise them.

Our job is to help them make that mental leap from despair to hope.…..to switch the 💡 on!

…..and that light has never been brighter than it is now.

Liberation is the torch that shines onto the path of freedom and world recognition of National Statehood.

The decisions we make now will shape the future of our country. Destiny often suggests a future of something great, fate on the other hand suggests a more negative outcome.

At this moment in time, we are both masters of our own destiny and of our fate both are about the future. The choice is ours.

We can choose the status quo and accept that our fate lies in the hands of others or we can be a force that will shape our destiny.

Never before has there been a new government that has fallen out with its people so quickly. Do we want to be governed by foreign companies, do we want such people making the decisions around whether we will live or die based on profits? Is this to be our fate?

Westminster has already decided what Scotland’s future will be like, we exist only to fill their coffers and they hate us for it…..once they have bled us dry they will, like every other colony they have ruled, walk away leaving us destitute!

It is within our power to stop this destruction, we don’t have to be India mark2.

Our destiny is in our hands we just need to use the tools we have and deliver for Scotland.

How bad does it need to get before people choose destiny over fate? Are we going to wait until the bodies pile up this winter and they will? Labour hasn’t finished with the pensioners yet, then comes the disabled and the sick. Private companies will decide whether or not you can work, not doctors…..and bonuses will apply!

The storm clouds are gathering, the question is, will you be the storm or its recipient?

Will you become part of the movement that is saying….no more? Are you prepared to shape our history or be part of its fate?
