A slightly humorous additional piece today!

Last night, I was watching the news about the NATO gathering. I am fascinated by how people interact with each other. Here, we saw a group of people fawning over a man they detest!

Why?

Because they needed him. They needed the power and the money he brought to the table.

The Theatre of Politics is certainly a place where we can play out all our personalities in one room—sometimes all at the same time!

I am a ‘people watcher’…..by that I mean that I like to sit back and watch how people interact with one another.

Who is genuine and who is pretending fascinates me.

I have my own personal barometer, the hug and handshake one!…..I will leave you to work that one out😂

I suppose what I am trying to say is, we should be aware that not everyone who gives us a hug or shakes our hand is our best buddy! And sadly that can apply to Indy groups as well.

The ‘egos’ have certainly landed in some areas, and are played out on X daily. Some of those egos have an agenda attached, so take care as to who your ‘bedfellows’ are… quite literally!!

I remember once reading a book, the title escapes me but it described a scenario. A husband and wife entered a room where a party was taking place. The husband ( being the alpha male) immediately eyed up the food and the exit! The wife stood and eyed up whose husband was talking to whose wife!!

Something to do perhaps if you are ever board at a meeting 😂😂

Something to think about and something to laugh at today!

For some, if all else fails try Plan A again!….. but please don’t ask what Plan B will be!!

I have a feeling this won’t cut it Mr Swinney, you can only fool people for so long.

There are some new kids on the block with a new message and it’s catching on!

Their message is simple….

Independence. Nothing less. Nothing else.

No more begging, no more Devolution promises, just, Independence. Nothing less. Nothing else.

And if you don’t get that, then move over because Liberate Scotland does.

These are just a small few of the new movers and shakers in town!

Ordinary people who know what being Sovereign means, and when you see ordinary people starting to rise….take note! Those few are quickly becoming a tidal wave.

I am watching individual Indy parties shoot themselves in the foot daily and the comments that follow nearly all say, ‘join Liberate Scotland’.

There is a sadness about this. I don’t want to see Scotland’s political infrastructure disintegrate. Several parties on the scene are a sign of a healthy democracy.

But I guess, for the moment what we are witnessing will have to be because Independence and how we reach it, must be our priority.

My question for today!

It should be an easy choice, but will it be?

When people are indoctrinated into a certain faith, and I don’t just mean a religious faith, breaking free is not easy. The subliminal messages are always there and there meant to be….. it’s called indoctrination….. brainwashing!

And in Scotland that ‘loyalty’ thing to the Royals remains embedded deep within the psyche of some groups and we must accept it, not fight it.

We don’t need to make enemies, Scotland is big enough to accommodate all. Respect for others is the hallmark of a civilized society and will in the end reap its own rewards.

The adults have arrived in town!

Has Social Media replaced the need for Indy Marches….just asking!

SM has become a very powerful platform but it can never replace the camaraderie to be found on a March, both are necessary.

There is however one section of people that are missing….and we miss them! They are our young people. I get it, there is a lot happening in the world today, a lot of evil stuff that they quite rightly need to protest about.

But I hope as we get nearer 2026, they will respond to the crisis that is happening right here in Scotland….and we are in crisis. Our streets, thank God are not running with the blood of children and women, ours is a different war. We are fighting to keep Scotland intact and not be sold off acre by acre.

Freeports are synonymous with crime and must be stopped or the Scotland we know will change forever and not in a good way. It is easy for a country to go downhill, much harder to climb up again.

Country GB no longer garners the reputation or influence it once had, we need to get out before we too get dragged down.

Liberate Scotland is not divided by party lines or any other lines! They are a group with one message…..

Unlike others who claim to be on the Indy road……they will never go AWOL. On the contrary, the movement is growing daily as people see that they are the real deal regarding Unity and putting Scotland first.

Starmer is changing his tactics, now trying to scare us into believeing we could be attacked.….dont play the game!

The only threat to Scotland is Westminster. And to get rid of them we need to unite and make the right decisions next May.

Vote for Independence. Nothing less. Nothing else!

We have the power but for so long we have not known how to use it. We were told and still are that the SEC 30 route is the only route even though the door has been slammed in our face and the key thrown away.

Before any country seeks to use its power it must first recognise where its power lies.

In Scotland, we the people are Sovereign which means the power lies with each individual, but that seems to be the sticking point. Most don’t know how to use it!

They see voting as a waste of time, and who can blame them?

But there is now a way to make your vote work for you and for Scotland.

Recognising how powerful your vote is, used the right way, grows your confidence in using it. Scotland’s strength truly does lie in the hands of its people.

Well, now you have and the Unionists are raging!….and they rage by trying to insult and intimidate those they see as weak…..Well, I have news for them. Those so called ‘weak’ have more backbone and knowledge in their little finger than you will ever have in your pea-sized brain.

Am I the only one noticing that only Westminster-approved stories get into the MSM these days? I guess Jeremy Corbyn is not on the approved list!! But make no mistake about it, his new Party will make a difference. Strong trees can grow out of rocks, even Westminster rocks!

……and in Scotland the Indy movement will grow strong again when people learn how best to use their power.

Remember this night, the night thousands were bussed up from England to remind us of our place? I will never forget it or the treachery that took place that day.

We owe it to our country to never allow such scenes on our streets again. That is why it is imperative to seek every avenue open to us, and the one open to us right now is Salvo/Liberation route.

You don’t have to be in bed with someone, to support them! Very often space allows growth and development for both parties.

Psychologists say if a phrase is repeated often enough, it will stick in the brain for good. The phrase that was being repeated globally to Leaders before and after the Iran attack was…. ‘Iran is a threat to global security’! I can think of a few other countries that could be added to that list…. couldn’t you? At what point will our imperial masters point the finger at them?

Very soon we in Scotland will have our own ‘one liner’ one which we must repeat over a over again! If repetition is the answer, then repetition it will be. On every tongue, in every window, on every bumper sticker. When the words appear let them reverberate around Scotland.

Why was everyone so surprised by Trump’s actions? Many were either in denial or not paying attention as to how things work these days in Israel, and where Israel goes, the USA follows!

Think back a few days to when all this started, we learned two things.

1. Israel invited the top Iranian generals to a meeting for talks! Having got them all into the same room, they then murdered them, using drones from their secret base.
2. Israel has had a secret base deep in the Iranian dessert for nearly a decade. This attack was years in the planning. Trump admitted this in his usual arrogant manner.

This is and always was about regime change and oil. A repeat of Iraq and once again we will find ourselves amid the ensuing havoc. Trump knows that if Iran chooses to retaliate he can trigger Article 5 of the NATO Alliance and hey presto we have WW111.

Yes, I think we are approaching ‘squeaky bum time’.

We’ve been here before and my faith in Starmer to stand firm, grows less every day.

But my question for Scotland is this, how long are we going to continue to allow a Westminster government take us to the edge of the abyss and sometimes over it?

How many more Scottish lives must we lose just to fulfil the ambitions of the wealthy?

There is money in war!

Yesterdays attack was not a military decision, it was a Political decision….the military just carried out their orders.

Where is the sense in bombing a country you are having peace talks with, then expecting them to return to the negotiation table?

Who does Iran trust now, It sure shouldn’t be the Trump cabal.

There is none so dangerous as a man who thinks he is god!

Love them or hate them, Iran is a Sovereign nation, the USA has violated International Law and this will be a test for International resolve and Law.

Who should we trust in Scotland? The fact is, we have no one. The FM may make the right noises but he has no power….his words will be like straw in the wind.

Scotland must regain its voice on the international stage. By voting for Liberate Scotland in 2026, we can at least make positive steps towards the kind of change we need for that to happen.

We can carry out a peaceful regime change. Your vote has more power than you can imagine. But remember the statistics….they don’t lie….this time your second vote will be more important than ever.

I know we are winning this arguement by the amount of abuse I see some of our candidates getting. So let’s just keep piling it on because this is one arguement that still has miles to run.

So, let us run with this crew and support them.

You know you’re winning the argument when all you get back is abuse.

Abuse, verbal or physical, is the hallmark of a bully, and yes, we have some within the Independence movement and they need to be outed!

To stand by and do nothing is to be complicit. If you’re not prepared to stand by your fellow YESSERS how do you think you’re going to defend Scotland?

The games being played in public just now do not show us at our best. And let us remember gossip is just gossip and those who spread it do so only to make themselves feel important……they are not!

Liberate Scotland has come about because people pleaded for Unity but it has not come cheaply. Good people have stood down from their personal ambitions so that you can have somewhere to vote

To attack people because of an injury or disability says an awful lot about them, and it also shows their fear. Bullies operate in a theatre of fear. They see themselves as having power when, in fact, they are weak, cowardly individuals who prefer to shout or hide behind a keyboard rather than have a one-to-one conversation.

And today one the worlds biggest bullies entered into a war with Iran, and without going to Congress first!!

Has the American Constitution just been ripped up?

This has not just been a response, it has been planned for months. The question for us now is…..will Starmer follow?

Will this be his ‘Blair’ moment, where once again ‘the lies have it’!!

Are we about to see what happens when you disturb a hornet’s nest?

It really is time for us to go and become a country that will make up its own mind on world affairs. A place where the only Hawks will be those with wings who grace our skies.

To stop Scotland from being dragged into these wars we must all step on board the only Independence bus on the road….

There are no Hawks here, all Parties promote Peace!

When the faithful leave, you know they are in trouble!

The Ewings have been synonymous with the SNP for as long as I can remember. Had Fergus just retired, no one would have thought – anything about it. But to leave and stand as an Independent says everything.…..and it’s not good, at least, not good for the SNP!

A favourite saying from Scottish government ministers when firms close is, ‘we will leave no stone unturned’….I think they have run out of stones! As a government they have become impotent, instead of raising the Saltire they wave the white flag of surrender. Devolution was a con and the Internal Market Bill buried it.

But opportunity is knocking for Scotland, an opportunity to enable huge changes by cutting the ties that bind us.

Just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s wrong or won’t work.

Don’t knock the UN route, many countries before us have used this route successfully. It would have worked earlier had the UK government not lied to them!

Liberate Scotland will provide the political gas to make sure that once the declaration about colonisation is made, this bus keeps running.

When I see my blogs being shared I often also see the words, ‘telling it as it is’!

Well, love it or hate it I will continually do so!

My truth today is that Britain has become one of the most barbaric countries in the world. From passing legislation that allows babies to be murdered at birth to making it a lot easier to snuff us oldies out. For those between these two categories, your life under Westminster will just get more miserable!

Where are the churches in all this, only the voice of the Catholic church has been heard.

No, I am not depressed, just saying it as it is!

However, for Scotland, there is some good news. That thing they said was impossible…..is happening! Parties are working together, they see the bigger picture, the one Unity can bring.

…..and the unionists are cracking up, especially our homegrown ones!

Liberate Scotland is weeding out the weeds!

… And there are some new species! The ones who want Independence but only if they can have the whole cake and eat it. The ‘what about me’ brigade!

Independence is about Scotland, not individuals, and hopefully, the career path they crave, will not under Direct Democracy be the same as now.

I genuinely believe that we in Scotland want to show the world that we are different from what Westminster is. But our culture and our voices are being stifled. Our voices and our actions need to be more robust.

The Scottish government could start saying ‘NO’ more often and dare Westminster to challenge them! That kind of action would make everybody sit up and take notice…..even me😂😂

But my bet is they can’t wait for the summer recess.

There will however be no recess over the summer for.…

2050!!!!….. that’s a long carrot!

Please don’t tell me you are going to fall for it….that is not ‘vision’, it’s a death sentence for Scotland…..or does the 25 years fit in with something else, like the 25-year Freeport contracts?…….just asking!!

It is important in life to have a circle of trust, sadly politicians don’t come into mine. Some budding ones yes, but not this present crop!

The problem with career politicians is, they grow lazy and tend to sit back on their laurels. Direct Democracy does not do ‘career politicians’.They get a specified time then new blood is brought in.

It is becoming obvious that this crop are in panic mode, as they have pressed the Independence panic button. They hope that by just mentioning the word, their fortunes will change.

Last week they didn’t even want to talk about it, but then a week is a long time in politics!

Yes, I know they have won a few elections lately but this was on local issues. 2026 will be about Independence and whose bus is up and running.

This one is up and running and is filling up nicely with willing candidates ready to take your dream forward.

So, according to social media our FM is going to tell us that Independence is within touching distance!!!

I hope you all have long arms because the plan will not accompany the announcement.

A vision is NOT a plan!!

Between now and the Election next year we will see many types of carrots being offered up, mainly unionist and devolution ones. Beware of the latter….they will appeal because they are homegrown!

They are not manna from heaven!

Words without action are just words and this is where Liberate Scotland stands above the rest. LS not only supports a plan already in action it also lays the foundation for that plan [ the UN route] to become a reality through a democratic event….a Pleblicite election!

These plans are not wild carrots. They exist and are in motion. They follow the right of every nation—the right to determine their future.

Democracy cannot only be for the few, yet that is what we have in this country and only we can change it.

Don’t complain if you are not prepared to act!

Direct Democracy puts the Power back into the hands of the people but we are going to have to fight for it! It will be a battle of words played out on many platforms and places. There will be space for everyone who wishes to take part. But believe one thing above all……this is your battle for Independence and we must all be involved!!
