Crown of England.

I am sure a number of you have noticed the Independence for Scotland Parties campaign on SM to not allow the Stone of Destiny to be removed from Scotland for King Charles’s coronation. If not I attach the link.

Reading through some of the replies from MSPs one thing has become apparent, these people do not know their history, they only know what they learned at school from history books written by English historians and approved by Mininster of Education down in Westminster…….enough said!

Now we have the facts and I say facts because now researchers in Scotland and other parts of the world have in their hands not just The Claim of Right document but also all the papers adhering to it, of which there are many!

Some MSPs and MPs believe or want to believe because it fits their agenda that in 1603 the Crowns we’re unified. Evidence now shows they were not!

Why? because what they stood for was not compatible, the Scottish Crown does not stand for a King or Queen being Monarch over the land, the people are Sovereign. No King of Scotland ever was, even before the Union, according to The Claim of Right. Scotland never ceded its land to England. Queen Ann was quite miffed about this because she wanted to wear both Crowns, and was left with only the aspiration that one day the two would be joined legally, they never were!

Only Unionist MSPs and MPs use the term King or Queen of Scotland, historians and Westminster itself rightly now use Queen or King of Scots for that is the proper Legal title.

Both the SNP and the Greens publically say they don’t believe in the Monarchy for Scotland, the ISP campaign regarding the Stone of Destiny is a way of showing this…….but will they?

The majority of you who read this blog will never have heard of the Billy Cotton Band Show but this was his cry and is very appropriate today.

Once again the SNP are rowing back on their promises. Although I agree that any Plebiscite Election regarding Independence should be a Holyrood one, my point is the consistency of the SNP route to Independence is very inconsistent.

In the past 12 months alone we have had ‘there will be a Referendum in Oct 23, no ifs no buts’, then we will use the next General Election as a Plebiscite Election and now she is backtracking on that to make it the 2026 Holyrood Ecection.

Another thing that is not clear is, will either of these be used just to seek another Sec30 or will she use it to go straight to the EU courts to possibly declare UDI?

We never stop learning and yesterday I learned something new about winning a Holyrood Election. According to Alex Salmond if you win a Holyrood Election the winner takes all.

This, if true is dynamite!

Because the SNP + Greens have quite a big majority, why have they not changed the 2/3rds majority required in Standing Orders giving them the power to hold an emergency Election?

To a cynic like me, there is only one answer…….they don’t want one!

I will let you all decide what those reasons might be, for there are many!

One thing above all is clear the longer we wait for action the more depleted our resources become.

We cannot afford to stand still!

Have you ever wondered what a Jack stands for in a pack of cards and why it stands along side the Kings and the Queens?

There are several answers to that question but in the main Jack stands for a Knave or Bower! A person of Lower Class, a servant!

When I think of this a photo always comes to mind, this one!

The more I read about the up-and-coming Coronation, the more my stomach churns, and not in a good way. I find myself asking a question I never thought I would, and that is, is the Mornarchy in its present state, outdated and no longer fit for purpose?

Can we, the Taxpayers, the knaves continue to pay for such lavishness at the rate we are doing when so many can barely feed themselves or heat their houses?

The cost of the Gold guilded State Coach to be refurbished has been astronomical, it’s fairy tale stuff. Is this morally right?

I know King Charles is trying to modernise and thin out The Firm but then to want such a lavish Coronation when the country is almost bust just doesn’t cut it. Unless of course we are not bust and this is just the narrative of this Tory government who always seem to be able to find monies for their pet projects and pals, but none for the Nurses who have been told to work harder to deserve a decent pay rise!

Have you ever noticed Westminster never actually show their accounts, we never see a Balance sheet, probably because there isn’t one! It probably comes under the heading ‘Not in the public interest!

We also hear much about Taxes raised by the Crown Estates in Scotland, at what point in history did Scotland cede land to the Crown? The very fact that there has never been a King or Queen of Scotland bares that truth out.

We might be Knaves but we own the land!

Many years ago I facilitated a course on ‘Death and Dying’. The first thing I asked the attendees to do was to write down what they would like to see written on their Headstones!

In other words what would they like to be remembered for.

Their Legacy!

Every Leader of a Country would like to be remembered for something, some are, and some are not. When Nicola took over from Alex many of us thought her legacy would be Independence for Scotland. All seemed well at first as membership for the SNP rocketed and rose even further after Brexit.

Then something appeared to go wrong, with no movement on Independence there were rumbles that not all was well, the focus was shifting, slowly at first because only the eagle-eyed noticed. Retaining Power became the priority with Independence only being given the nod now and then. Section 30 being sought over and over again with the same answer No.

Keeping up the appearance was important to keep the troops on side, but the troops were getting itchy feet because majorities in Scotland for Independence were being ignored by Westminster, so another plan was mastered, increase the majority! Sounded good to those who have blind faith in their Leader so into partnership with the Greens they went.

Power was retained, a gesture to Independence made by taking the case to the Supreme Court and it was just a gesture because the majority of real Yessers knew what the outcome would be, as Nicola did, but appearances had to be kept up. Meantime the real cost of this political marriage arose in all its ugliness.

The Green Party we’re now running the show and the minority of a minorty group were about the have their day, the attack on womanhood began and they won, or at least they think they have!

The focus has now moved on, not to Independence but to children.

Another Law will pass making sure our eyes are firmly fixed on anything but Independence and once again at a prohibitive cost will be knocked back by Westminster.

So what will Nicolas’s legacy be?

Certainly not what she had once hoped for.

Will she be just another ship passing in the night, someone that history will record as being of no consequence?

This is no joke, Maggie Chapman declared as much after the GRA Bill passed before Christmas and now the Scottish Greens are openly advertising the fact. But just like the GRA Bill, the devil is in the detail…..and it’s some devil!

Looking at this advert you would probably agree with it, after all we have heard of some of these outrages methods, none of which are new by the way and over the years have been used to rid poor souls of many anomalies. In my own life experiences I have seen the Bible used as a weapon to crush people who did not comply to certain doctrines.

The Trans Cult has already entered our schools. I use the word Cult because it has no Legal, Scientific or Biological foundations.

However, this new Bill goes much further than the heading suggests to the point where parents could find themselves in Court for even having a conversation with their children about Trans matters.

In other words the State, in Scotland at least are about to dictate what parents can and can not discuss with their own children. The last time a State controlled the agenda in homes was in Hitlers Nazi regime.

Thankfully if parents lose this battle as women lost theirs it crosses legal boundaries within the UK, so it won’t happen. Bad Law again which will end up in the Courts costing the Tax Payer, [you and I ] millions. Money that should be going to Services and the NHS.

At some point members of the SNP must say enough is enough as they haemorrhage members.

Ask yourself this question, when I last voted for the SNP, was this what I voted for?

So, today Gove is saying we, the people should have been more realistic about what they were expecting from Brexit!

Really?

Well, Mr Gove, some of us were very realistic about what it would get us and we were right. Secondly don’t you mean we should never believe Politicians, not then, not now, not ever!

If there is one thing we should have learned by now it is whenever the Tories touch anything the only outcome is the rich will get richer and everyone else will get poorer.

The NHS has not collapsed because of COVID or Russia it has collapsed because this has been your plan all along. Privatisation by stealth.

No beds?

There are plenty of beds just no Staff to cover them and why is that?

Doctors and Nurses are leaving in their droves, they feel unappreciated with many moving abroad or burnt out and underpaid.

But do the Tories care, NO? Most have Private Health Insurance. They act as if we don’t or haven’t paid anything, we have, all our working lives.

Many of us always knew Brexit would have a detrimental effect on the NHS, the cost of many drugs has quadrupled not to mention the lack of overseas staff. If they weren’t told to leave they certainly were made to feel unwelcome.

I don’t blame them for not wanting to come back. Would you?

And what’s more, it’s not much better in Scotland.

How much of the Scottish Budget is spent on Legal fees for one thing or another and I have a feeling the bills will be even bigger this year because of their pet projects.

The FM once said she came into Politics because of Margeret Thatcher, well touche Nicola, she eventually got kicked out because she stopped listening to the people, take a warning!

Can we please have the Scotland back that we knew 10yrs ago? Today it feels like a foreign country.

Criminal Negligence – Defintion, Application & Defenses

Exactly what part of this is not Criminal Negligence ?

The Government is well aware of what is happening but chooses not to intervene. Yet they have monies for the disposal of millions worth of PPE. Between Truss and Sunak they have lost nearly £80b due to their mistakes.

They are spending millions on Bank Nurses, enough to pay for an inflation pay rise! But then, they know others will follow, hoping the public will get sick of the strikes. Once we would but now we know all the facts.

Our A&Es were on their knees long before the strikes. The government tell us millions have been set aside to free up beds but how long does it take for that to trickle down to where it is needed?

Why can’t we reopen Cottage Hospitals where applicable?

How much will it cost to decant elderly patients into Private Care Homes compared to providing Care Workers with a decent wage to look after them in their own homes?

This is reactionary Politics instead of responding to a long-term problem.

The perfect storm has arrived and the NHS is sinking with no life belts.

It is estimated that 500 patients are dying weekly needlessly. That is Criminal Negligence.

The Conservatives, once known for their Midus touch regarding the Economy have now become the touch of death. They kill everything they touch.

It’s not just the NHS that has collapsed, the whole country is collapsing around our ears.

Inflation nearly 11% and they offer workers between 3 and 4%. Wholesale gas prices have dropped by more than 50% yet bills keep rising. Someone somewhere is getting very rich while others freeze to death or starve to death. And our PM whilst wishing us all a Happy New Year has the temerity to tell us it will get worse this year!

Time for the country to unite not just in words but by actions and say ‘enough is enough’

Do your job and fix it.

I am living in my 77th year and during nearly all of that Transgender people have been around. No one bothered, they lived their lives we all lived ours harmoniously side by side.

So what has changed?

The activists came out and wanted much much more, to the point where even their own kind have been ostracized and not only them. The LGB have been targeted. The thinking being if your not with us your against us. There is no middle ground.

There are activists and there are activists in every organization that wants change. They range from those who cause mild disruption and those prepared to engage in hate and violence.

A few days ago I watched a video of what should have been a peaceful demonstration from the ‘Women won’t wheest’ organisation outside Holyrood in the summer. Across the road separated by the Police where a group of very angry Transwomen making waves. They were angry, abusive and menacing.

I have given much thought to those pictures and asked myself why do some Transwomen act so violently towards other women?

Their behaviour mirrored that of angry, abusive males, there was nothing Lady like about it, testosterone was oozing out of every pore! Nothing like the behaviour of the kind of Transwomen I have seen in my lifetime.

No, this was a different kind of Transwoman, the kind that says ‘I want and I shall have’

The kind that demands access to Women’s Safe Spaces, dare I say why?

No respect for how biological women feel.

The Scottish Legislation has not even been ratified yet, but some businesses have jumped the gun allowing Transwomen into Ladies toilets and changing rooms. These shops haven’t even bothered changing the signage, meaning that many Ladies and girls still believe they are entering Safe Spaces, only some are not and already the consequences of this have been catastrophic.

These stores are actually breaking current Laws, both UK and European.

So what has changed? The angry Activists now control the agenda which has backfired on the ordinary Transperson who does not want this. They have been dragged down to the Activist’s level and have suddenly found everybody sees them as the enemy.

It’s a mess, a bloody mess brought about by bad Law and a Government held to ransom.

But we have hope, even if we have to depend on Westminster for that hope but in the meantime, we must keep up the fight by presenting the truth, the science, the biology..facts that cannot be disputed.

Knowledge is power and many women in Scotland are in need of that knowledge.

It seems strange talking about anger at Christmas.

Christmas is a time for celebration for feeling happy but we have been robbed of all that this year. Instead, we feel deflated and angry.

What has happened has happened, our hopes now rest with those in Westminster. Who would have thought that we would be depending on Alistair Jack to earn his crust?

This affords us an opportunity for action. We now know all of the Politicians in Scotland who care little about how women feel. This flawed piece of Legislation, which I am sure will be shot down further South shows us the character of those across all Parties Holyrood who need to be removed at the earliest possible moment.

Our anger as women can be a channel for change and change there needs to be because the Greens have already signalled they ain’t finished yet!

Not only have they shown their true colours they have also shown their incompetence in passing a flawed piece of Legislation, and what makes it worse is they knew it!

So rather that sit around letting your anger ruin your Christmas, use it as a power and think about how we can change things.

This goes away beyond Party Politics, women together would make a formidable force, let’s link up and do this for every grandmother, mother and daughter in Scotland.

Let’s show these Politicians who have ignored our every plea and fear, we will meet again at the Ballot Box!

Don’t let them spoil your Christmas, but make 2023 a very significant year for Lift Off!

Does that agenda simply come down to retaining Power? After all they will have kept their promise to the Greens, to get this Bill through Holyrood, then they can hold their hands up and say ,’we did it what happens beyond here is not in our responsibility ‘

Sadly the spin off from this could play into Unionist hands proving to them that Holyrood is not competent to run it’s own affairs.
