Independence on its own is not enough!

We need a completely different way of governance! One where the people have the right to decide how their country should be governed, it’s called Direct Democracy!

……and that is completely different from putting an X in a box every five years only to be ignored for the rest of the five years!

Other countries do it, like Switzerland, so why can’t we?

We can stop this corruption and lies right now by telling our MPs not to return to Westminster in 2024…..its called Abstention…..

So, how about e-mailing our Independence MPs telling them not to return in the New Year, or they will pay the price at the next GE.

We voted them in to do a job, they failed but can redeem themselves. Let’s see just how serious they really are about Independence!

With the sudden closure of the offices and the loss of jobs in East Kilbride and our voices silenced abroad our future under Tory rule is there for all to see.

In Robert Jenrick’s letter of Resignation, he refers to the UK’s unwritten Constitution. So what is an unwritten Constitution and why does it help Westminster to have one?

Perhaps to understand what an ‘unwritten Constitution ‘ is we should first look at a ‘ written’ one and its merits and we will see why Westminster prefers to operate under the present one!

First of all a written Constitution brings stability to a country and its people. Secondly there are rules to which every government irrespective of Party has to work within. Those rules are open and transparent.

The nearest the UK has come to that in recent years was when we were part of the EU!

They are a set of fundamental principles, codified into Law and they set out our Fundamental Rights which cannot be changed to suit a government agenda.

The UK doesn’t have that and maybe you are beginning to see why!!

The UK operates under an uncodified Constitution, where the government of the time decides which Principles they will work under, and they can evolve as required.

To put that into layman’s language, they can move the goalposts at any time and in whatever way suits them. The best example of this is the Immigration Bill going through Westminster just now.

…..if they will deny one group of people their Human Rights, how far will they go to deny Scotland our Sovereign Rights?

The only consistent rule Westminster has is…….if the present rules don’t fit…..change the rule!

Unwritten Constitutions are not unusual, Israel has one! They are in general built on ‘tradition’ which explains a lot.

Many believe a UC to be more democratic, depicting the thoughts of today’s voters, that would be okay if Governments stuck to their Manifesto promises, but they don’t!

Democracy is more than just ticking a box once every 5 years, then being ignored for another 5 years!

Direct Democracy is about ongoing engagement, that would be, or should be written into any Scottish Constitution.

This worked well in the ‘olden days’, so why not bring it back, today’s system does not work for the People, it only works for the rich!

It’s within our power to change this. Westminster does not give us this power, the Claim of Right used in the right way, does…..and Liberation.scot will lead the way.

I start with a question……..If the SNP are the only Party who can deliver Independence, then why haven’t they done so?

I will suggest an answer…….because they are playing a game set by English Rules!

Yet Scotland has its own Laws and Rules and one of those Legalalities is the Claim of Right. To date only one Scottish MP has used the COR to Scottish advantage….and won.

If one man had the guts to stand up against the English establishment and win just imaging what could have been achieved if our Scottish Parliament as a whole had done the same thing.

Instead, when the Devolved settlement was signed to re-open our own Parliament our Scottish MPs who happened to be Labour at the time, signed away all our Rights and much of Scotlands seas. [or at least they think they did! ]

This wrong has never been righted!

Why?

Because the Scottish Government are content to play by English Rules, the words they speak are not echoed by the paths they choose. The Referendum path is a route deliberately set up by Westminster to deny Scotland its ultimate goal.

Yes, we had one but we only got that because Westminster were convinced the answer would be NO! The nearer to Yes we got the panic set in. The Vow, the missing or dumped votes……anything and everything was done to get the right result….for Westminster.

It was too near a miss for them ever to give us another bite at that Cherry!

So, our Privy Counsellor Leaders settled into a life of relative ease and continue to play the game.

But we the People don’t have to continue with this rigged game, we are Sovereign and because of that fact, we…..yes we can change the rules.

Yes, we are still playing by the rules…….but they are by our Rules*!

When it comes to Scotland the dice are well and truly stacked against us, so my question is…….Why do we continue to play the game?

Why are people so afraid to take another path?

We can’t keep going down the Referendum path, especially when it involves pleading to our Imperial Masters. To do so immediately puts us in a place of weakness and disadvantage!

We know the system is rigged, so why sacrifice our energy on a non-starter?

A new way has opened up, one where negative energy is being transformed into something positive……a legal positive.…..a movement of the people, which by the way is us! A movement of people who are saying ‘enough is enough’.

A people who have twigged that we have been living a lie, a lie that when challenged will change the course of Scotlands future and our lives individually.

A lie that when fully exposed will shock the world, a lie that has involved smoke and mirrors for over 300 years.

The truth will out and when it does Great Britain will not look so ‘Great’.

We must stop playing this game now and take charge of our own destiny before Westminster turns us into a third-world country. Only when they have stripped us naked will they let us go, only when their scorched earth policy has succeeded will they toss us aside as they did with every other country they colonized.

For how much longer are we going to allow our MPs to humiliate Scotland? Whilst their intention may be honourable the result is always humiliation.

The rest of Westminster sees them as a joke and this has been the intention of Westminster since the Union of the Parliaments as a very low number of Scottish MPs were Co-opted into their system.

Our MPs never had a voice and never will, the system was rigged from the beginning and yet Scotland still plays the game and we all pay the price.

We are controlled by a corrupt Government with its lackey arm in Holyrood, and when I say ‘controlled’ I mean controlled and it’s about to get much worse.

Plans are afoot to make sure Scotland can never leave this illegal Union not to mention control of free speech, private Bank Accounts, a two-tier Health Service, and banning the right to strike within Local Government [Doctors, Nurses & Teachers etc] which in turn means forced labour with low wages.

Yet Scotland continues to sleepwalk as Westminster strips us naked!

……and the saddest thing of all is……there is a way out……but few can be bothered!

The good news however is, the few who are bothered have loud voices and we will not shut up or be shut down!

When friends start complaining about how hard life is…..lock them into that conversation that will show them the way out and give them that choice.

This time next year will be too late…..now is the time to get serious.

Time to restore our honour!

A recent poll suggests 54% of Scots still want Independence, ticking a box is the easy part, doing something about it is a very different matter!

Enthusiasm has diminished and a quiet acceptance of the status quo has crept over this land which only serves to validate everything Westminster heaps upon us a daily basis, from now having access to our bank accounts to stripping the country bare.

We want it to be different but we are War-weary. Yes, we must accept the things we cannot change but that does not mean we cannot change anything!

We cannot change the past, but the future is ours to change!

We don’t need to accept the changes coming down the road, that Power lies in our hands. Plan A has not and will not work. Every new plan being suggested by Politicians is just a new way of asking!

Plan B takes the power away from Politicians initially and hands it to us, the People of Scotland.

Plan B is about Direct Democracy, Power in the hands of everyone…an equal playing field……no us and them!

And the exciting thing is, this can start now! No need to wait for a GE or a Holyrood Election with fingers crossed that certain parties get the right number of seats!

So, how do we engage with the disheartened?

Well, we have the proof, but we don’t seem to have the professionalism to get the message across, so perhaps we need to invest in more equipment and then engage different audiences.

Can we harness that power that was within the Yes movement, especially with the younger generation? The ones we have lost because they became weary of continually being marched up to the top of the hill, only to be marched down again and again!

We have lost that generation!….. let’s not lose this one!

The situation in Gaza has proved that civic engagement is on the up, not through our Politicians but through People Power. It’s almost as if the lack of Political Leadership on this issue has brought people out onto the streets.

Sara was right on Saturday when she said we need to get students on board, if history is about action then there is no better group to engage with. They are already angry about Gaza so we need to harness that anger whilst their ‘dander’ is up!!!

No politics, just good old-fashioned words like, theft, stolen, raped, and pillaged whilst showing our own anger.

We all have our gifts to bring to the table, there was a time in my life when public speaking was very much to the fore, it’s not my voice that prohibits me now…… it’s my memory!!!

But I can encourage others to step up. With over 7000 members we must have some hidden talent to cover all our bases!

Yesterday’s brief mention of the imminent closure of the Grangemouth Refinery deserves a closer look because it says a lot more than folks think.

The loss of jobs and the economy in that area is indeed very serious but let us be under no illusion this is just the beginning of the outward show of how Westminster, and yes it’s Unionist arm Holyrood has total control over us.

…..and not one MP of any Scottish Party is using the COR to stop anything, as Willie McRae did!……therefore we the People must!

What is happening at Grangemouth is more that just a company making a decision on viability, it’s Political and tied up with Freeports.

Our FM is on Clyde Radio this morning giving his reaction to the news!

Reacting is something you do to something that comes as a surprise!! This has been no surprise to him, by their own admission they have been working with Ineos regarding jobs!

He is also trying to make it about Transition jobs, this is not about transitioning from oil to greener energy, it’s about getting rid of the only refinery where as an independent country we can refine our own oil , making us totally dependent on England!

People in the Grangemouth area are waking up to the reality of being controlled by Unionist parties, when are the rest of the country going to catch up?

Seemingly, Politicians don’t lie……..they ‘Misspeak’!

I wonder how that word would stand up in a court of Law in a Libel case?

‘Misspeak’ is a get-out-of-jail word, used whenever they get caught out lying, a cowardly word used by those with no integrity. A word that should be banned in a future Scotland.

Truth matters more now than it ever did, but we are having to dig deep to find it!

Our English masters have gone to great lengths to hide Scotland’s historical and political truth. Law after Law has been passed to bury it……but find it we [Salvo] have and it’s explosive!!

But my gut tells me this is going to get messy!

Why?

Because Westminster has no qualms about defying International Law when it comes to carrying out its own agenda, and allowing Scotland to walk away is very much not on its agenda.

I have said this before and I will say it again, Scotland will have to take its Freedom because a Leopard never changes its spots! ……and this particular Leopard can’t afford to let us go.

…….at least not until they have taken all.

However, it seems our English Politicians are not the only ones who are less than honest, today we hear that the oil refinery at Grangemouth will stop production in a couple of years and our own MSPs have been working on this for months……they knew about it and kept it quiet no doubt because it was all part of the master plan…..Freeports!

Oh, what a tangled web they weave!

Wake up folks, the SNP have taken you for mugs and have their dirty fingers in all the pies!
