History keeps repeating itself because we refuse to learn from our mistakes and any Political Party will sail into the sunset if it doesn’t learn and listen to its members.

Hard as it may be to accept the truth, if a Party says it is member-led then this must be bourne out in practice. No leader should have the power to cut across the wishes of its members or change policy at a whim! If it does it is a Dictatorship and not a Democracy!

We all make mistakes and it is in the acknowledgement of those mistakes that we learn. If a farmer does not get the yield he expects from a field, the following year he will sow in a different field….he will not make the same mistake twice, he can’t afford to….and neither can we.

The concept of success is the ability to move from failure to a different road without losing all our enthusiasm.

The Referendum road is blocked…..don’t stop…move on!

Use the resources you have, the ones you used on the old road like enthusiasm and determination and use them to help build the new road.

The new road is called Sovereignty, the Scottish Government knows about it but refuses to take it….we can only wonder why!

This road may be new to us but it is a well-trodden road, many new countries have taken it with success….so why can’t we?

We can and we are and we are a lot nearer reaching our goal than the Referendum road ever took us. This road cuts out the ‘middle-man’!…..Westminster!

How has this been accomplished in such a short space of time, well the first step was to acknowledge we had got it all wrong in the beginning!

It was Salvo who discovered all the lies and brought our true history to light and we have continued to walk in that light ever since!

Liberation. Scot has now taken over the torch bridging all the hurdles by complying with all the rules that will enable them to get UN recognition as a Peoples movement!

Some say ‘not possible’ but when you can prove the lies….all things are possible!

You cannot keep a Nation chained to a relationship built on lies and threats.

There is only one Nation that has a Legal Parliament and that is Scotland but not Holyrood!….a new home will have to be found, not one owned by the English system!

Planting the seed!

We need to start listening differently when Politicians speak and judge them not on their promises but on their history….and history is now telling us that those in power in Holyrood have been playing fast and loose with us for years. We believed because we wanted to believe and to be fair only those who were really into Politics saw the subtle changes.

The language regarding Independence is not so subtle now, Independence has been parked but the language about Freeports is ambiguous, to say the least.

Whilst the urgency for Independence has been shelved temporarily the urgency to thrust Freeports and SEZs gathers pace with even those brave enough to ask questions being fobbed off with words like ‘green’ or ‘grants’ but no answers as to who gets the profits or even part.

Grants are peanuts compared with profits…..once again we get the crumbs.

We are not meant to understand Political language, that’s the whole point of it. So when we are told something is good for us what is meant is, its good for them!

How’s this for Political language?…

At the weekend Scotlands new Labour ‘long Shanks’ from Rutherglen said this regarding Pensions. “I’m not convinced a one-size fits-all approach is right, or a good use of public money”

Be aware, very aware something is afoot and it won’t be good news for Pensioners!

Freeports will not benefit us, no promises have ever been delivered…..but freedoms have been lost!

So who is left to make Scotland a Nation again……only us, the people……and there’s more of us than them!

That is why Liberation was formed, a peaceful army of people like you and me. We march with our voices and take those voices to the UN.

Responsibility is saying ‘we got it wrong, now we are putting it right’.

We will have one last chance to put things right and that will be in 2026…..we have just over a year to learn a new language, and to understand how to make the impossible……possible!

Scotland was once a land of visionaries, we thought we had a Party leading us who also had a vision, but somewhere along the road that changed.

Does that mean the vision, the dream is dead?

Never, what it means is we have to re-draw the map. We have to allow the sat-nav to re-route us!

Vision does not always rely on physical sight. The leader of the ISP although nearly blind has more vision for Scotland than most of us have in our little finger.

Her understanding of what a free Sovereign Scotland could and will be is an example to us all. Colette is not alone, thousands of us are on the same journey taking a very different route. We just changed the sat-nav destination to The Hague!

We veered off and took the ring road!!!

Yesterday the SNP gave in.….a little! They say they will after all hold discussions with other Yes parties, but there was a caveat! These other Parties must have an elected representative! Well, that narrows it down a bit, but it is a start!

The problem for me is, that these parties believe Parliament is Sovereign, not the People! Which in reality means, more of the same. Either the Claim of Right stands in its entirety or it doesn’t stand at all.

Also, neither of these Parties seems to realise that as long as they sit in the Holyrood building they are endorsing the Westminster system. The property is a parcel of the Westminster estate, Devolution made it so.

To think outside of the box, think Kosovo ( without the war!!) Their Sovereignty was only recognised by the ICJ because they didn’t sit in the Youguslavia Parliament after they won their election!

They created their own Parliament in a separate building and got International recognition by doing so…..could we be brave enough to do this?

If we want the dream we have to be brave enough to walk the walk not just talk the talk!!

Yes, groups and other Yessers need to have a complete re-think because those at the top have parked Independence as a priority.

And we must be bold in our thinking.

Liberation is showing the way without Politicians, they are not taking the Referendum road they are taking the Sovereignty road like many countries before us.

Wouldn’t it feel good ‘to matter’ again? To live in a country where we had a continual say! Not just in Elections every 5 years but input into everything.

Many, many years ago a friend writing a reference for me said this…’ Joan doesn’t suffer fools lightly’! When it comes to those who lead us…..I haven’t changed!!

For me, Leadership is about respect, respect for the people you lead and the country you lead. You do not punish them for your mistakes!

Therefore I ask all Yessers to be strong in their resolve and not give up, just change the sat- nav!

If ever there was a right time to change the system of governance in Scotland, it is now!

Never has our future looked so bleak, and when they use the word ‘we’, it is the Royal ‘we’! So we are all to blame and we will all pay! But the truth is very different, ‘we’ will not all Pay! Those on the millionaire and above platform won’t pay, their fortunes will increase because that’s the way the system works.

Freeports and SEZs have made sure of that.

Austerity is a policy used to describe the measures employed by governments to reduce their debts. 

Now within these policies are choices like who they will or will not tax, and it takes no imagination to guess who they won’t tax.

Having cast our Vote any future participation is not welcomed, even ignored. We gave Labour our Sovereign Power and under the present system there’s no getting it back until 2029 at least. The precise moment you put your X on the ballot paper was the moment you handed them complete power!

Wouldn’t it be great if we could change that?

Imagine living in a country where our elected representatives had to deliver a mandate written by the People…..us?

Impossible? Absolutely not, other countries have this system so why can’t we?

Living with a retired Head Teacher, I hear this phrase frequently 😂😂

With Salvo/Liberation we have no excuse because they and others are doing all the work. The train is running and the infrastructure [Convention of the Estates] of a new Scotland and its governance is further along than you may realise.

People power at work!

To borrow a phrase from Wings, Liberation are about to throw their own hand grenade into the constitutional debate! The name of this grenade is Sovereignty!!

Sovereignty is where Austerity ends and the 6th richest nation once again takes its rightful place on the world stage.

In all of my lifetime, we have never moved off this ‘rinse and repeat’ cycle of British Politics. Here in Scotland we have had a brief local respite with the SNP, but Westminster still remains in overall control.

Why do we keep repeating the same mistakes?

Have we become so conditioned that we are no longer able to think outside the box or in this case outside the circle?

Circles joined become a chain…

30+ years ago by the time a General Election came around again, we had usually forgotten the promises Parties made and broke previously but now everything is instant. Within minutes of any announcement previous statements flash before our eyes…. yesterday’s news has indeed become today’s history!

For the last 10+ years, we kept pressing the rinse-and-repeat Referendum button. We know now it was never to be. It was a dummy a placebo fed to us daily to feed the psychology of hope. They even upped the dose by giving us an Optional Referendum which was non-binding. As long as we had hope and optimism Westminster knew we would not rock the boat too much.

Our English Colonisers are so sure that they now have complete control over us that they have taken the Referendum button away and replaced with a big No and not ever!

They have removed the carrot!

So we have no excuse to keep our fingers on the ‘rinse and repeat’ button.

To do so is our choice!

So, knowing this, are we prepared to become masters of our own fate?

There’s a change in the wind up here North of the border, but not the one Labours hoping for.

I have written before about how we have become an insular people. Our eyes and thoughts very rarely move away from our immediate world.

Yet what happens out there beyond our tiny world matters a lot and impacts every part of our daily lives.

Scottish pensioners, especially those who voted Labour in, are now shouting from the roofs with outrage, have not been paying attention! They are once again swallowing the lie of ‘the big black hole’ is to blame.

Well, its not! This was Labours plan from -day one!

Reeves warned us in March she was going to do this….we just weren’t paying attention!

We got caught up in the message of ‘no austerity’!.

We didn’t read the small print!

All of us must start lifting our eyes beyond our own fences because the wolves have arrived and will take everything we have through Privatisation.

Private companies are about to sweep into Education, SNHS,Council Services etc and we will pay heavily for the privilege of just living.

Our Coloniser is going to do what it did throughout history with every Country it colonised….. asset-strip us then walk away. What happened in India is a prime example but perhaps an up-to-date mini-example is Teeside…..yes MPs are even fleecing their own country!

Like or hate it we are stuck with Labour for another 5 long years because of the English system of Democracy and it will feel like an eternity.

Those who voted either way did so using a very English system, it would have been better if we had just turned our backs and sent a very clear message.

To break the present power structure we must be prepared to embrace a new system, one that will literally hands back power to us when needed. Within Direct Demoacracy is something called ‘recall’! Occasionally mentioned in Politics but rarely used. When it has been used it is usually to recall an MP who has committed a criminal offence. Sadly, deliberately lying to your constituents does not come under that heading!

But we can fix that!

Sovereignty and Direct Democracy can and will fix it. But first, we must find courage.

The courage to vote for something that works for us, not Politicians.

We are failing to use the power we have as ordinary people. A power that has overthrown many a goverment, look at how the French do it….they just down tools and walk away!

Realise your potential and use it!

We all do it, we all play the game and to be fair 99% of the time we are justified in doing so. After all we do elect people to do a job and our taxes pay their wages.

But we have to take a wee bit of responsibility especially when it comes to Scottish matters.

For many that light bulb moment of noticing that Scotland was in fact not going in the direction we thought it was came a bit late in the day, and only now are we seeing just how much damage was done.

Our eyes were so focused on things like the GRR and Hate Crime Bill that we didn’t catch sight of their bigger plan….so were these Bills used as a distraction to bring Freeports into play?

In Politics, everything is smoke and mirrors, nothing is what it seems. Promises are illusions.

We know this, so why does Holyrood keep playing the Westminster game?

Why when the ‘gers’ day comes around every year do they not fight back showing Scotland’s GDP?….or don’t they know the difference? Instead, they just acquiesce and agree with the figures.

We must start taking some responsibility for our demise and the place to start is Salvo/Liberation.

The map and how it came about is there for all to see and whilst the finite details are still being worked on we can share this new vision with all and invite them to become part of it.

I firmly believe that in the end, Truth will win.

A truth hidden for centuries but now out.

Back then we could dismiss unscrupulous representatives, now we promote them to the HOL! It is never them who pay or are held accountable for the mess, it’s us!

Once again we have been promised a painful Budget, and believe me this is one promise Labour will keep…but then that was the plan all along!!

Today I read an interesting phrase on Twitter, they were of course referring to Iain again. The phrase used was ‘Purity of intent’. Name such a Politician today….you can’t!

Fortunately for Scotland, we have a few in the pipeline, they work tirelessly, unpaid. Just like the people in Salvo/ Liberation, they do not take one penny not even travel expenses out of membership fees, such is their purity of intent.

This is the type of people we need to lead Scotland. One day, yes they may be in a paid position but these positions will not be your usual gravy trains and will not be for a lifetime but for a fixed time!

There has to be a system change and that also is in the plan!! A system where the Power base rests at the bottom with us! A system, like the Swiss have.

This can happen, and could happen fairly quickly after Sovereignty & Independence….if we want it!

But we have to want it and that will be the choice in 2026.

Not SNP v Labour, not SNP v Alba it will be….do you want Scotland to be an independent Sovereign Nation led by Leaders with ‘purity of intent’?

Simple as that!

Minds are changing, maps are changing…..but are enough of us changing to reach the goal in a way we never thought possible, let alone knew about?

The dots on the ‘i’s and the ‘Ts’ are being crossed, don’t give up, the journey has started.

There are some saying ‘the Union of Parliaments’ was an event! The documents say differently as with the Crowns!

Follow the proof, not the stories!

I suppose this appears to be an odd thing to talk about, but today of all days it is very relevant.

I was watching Iain Lawson’s funeral via the link yesterday and the word I came away with was ‘passion’. Everything he touched he did so with such passion and it was that passion that brought him and others so much success in life.

Passion in or about politics is a rare thing these days but in a roundabout way, he has managed to bring it in again for many of us by the back door!

As Jim Sillars said, ‘Iain didn’t need a box to think outside of’ such was his genius and it is that lingering genius that will get us Liberation!

Passion breaks down walls, something Politicians on the whole are bereft of, all they have are words….empty words.

Passion shows what we love, transmitted through our feelings and it’s catching!

We work, we speak for that which we love, Scotland. It will be our passion more than our words that will take us to our goal, Iain’s goal.

We have the map, one that circumnavigates Westminster and once Liberation is registered as a bonafide movement that passion will rise a few more notches and people will catch a glimpse of hope again.

Passion is the key to our success!

Each step brings its own hurdles, dealing with Legislative matters is no easy thing but that is for the KC to deal with. Salvo have produced the evidence that we have indeed become just a colony of HMS Brittania and we’ve had enough!

There are some who are wondering why the go-to word has changed from Independence to Sovereignty.

I will endeavour to explain.

Independence remains at the top of everyone’s agenda but through Salvo, we have discovered that the only route left towards that goal is to regain our Sovereign status in the eyes of the world.

The word that has actually become redundant is ‘Referendum’. Westminster have once again reneged on every promise they have made to Scotland and slammed that door shut! Any party still seeking this route is decieving you even if they say they will go the UN route if not successful because all that means is further delays and the one thing Scotland can not afford is any more delays.

Further delays mean more time for Corporate takeovers, of course, many want this, even our friendliest Party Leaders!

The ideology of Libertarianism has well and truly become the new financial God and you would be shocked if you knew who some of its converts were, many household names. Names we trusted to keep Scotland safe.

Sovereignty will not replace Independence it will lead to it. Picture Sovereignty as a train with many carriages!

Sovereignty is the engine that opens up everything else. Independence is the destination!

If we build the foundations now, Independence could happen quicker than you think and those foundations are being assembled right now by a lot of influential people who have the expertise needed to make Scotland, your Scotland become a viable wealthy Nation once again.

Here we go again, the battle lines for 2026 are being drawn.

For thousands of us the battle will not be about the big boys. It will be about Sovereignty, but even this can be deceiving therefore I offer a word of caution.

There are two kinds of Sovereignty. In Scotland our Constitution ( which still lives is being modernised) states, we the People are Sovereign! and a vote in Westminster confirmed that.

The Sovereignty of the People goes hand in hand with Direct Democracy. Power in our hands!

The other kind of Sovereignty is Parliamentary Sovereignty, this is an English system which our own Parliament, Holyrood acquiesces to. It’s a double whammy for us because Holyrood bows to the superiority of Westminster then we bow to the superiority of Holyrood!

In short, once we give our individual sovereignty over to MPs and MSPs through our vote, our power as individuals becomes null and void….they can do as they wish, there is no power of recall….nothing!

We get what we vote for!

We will have a choice in 2026, to vote for Scotland’s Sovereignty, built on the people’s Sovereignty and Direct Democracy. As we get nearer please look behind the words offered by others because the word Sovereignty could just be a word used to gain Political power.

If Direct Democracy is not the foundation of a Party even smaller Parties then questions need to be asked about the power structure, also who gets paid and by who! In other words who are the real stakeholders, the members or?

In real grassroots Parties, all are equal and members actually get to run the Party and can overrule the executive even!!!

We are experiencing the lies of Labour already and they will get away with it because the majority believed the lies the promises. And despite the calls for Starmer to resign already, he is going nowhere for 5 years because there is no system to remove him, apart from his own Party.

We must change the system that is why it is so important to identify the difference between Parliamentary Sovereignty and the Peoples Sovereignty.

For those of us who know the difference our job is to educate people and we haven’t got long to do it.

That job will become much easier when we see movement at the UN, it’s a two-pronged approach, the case(Legal) and the registration of Liberation, the Peoples movement and this is what we need people to sign up to.
