Only the SNP could think Glasgow playing host to the Common Wealth games at this juncture in our history is a good thing….but to have others pay for it is a tad humiliating.

The very name, ‘Commonwealth’ smacks of Colonization at a time when other countries are breaking those chains. How Unionist of the SNP, they weren’t asked, they pleaded!

There are several countries however who are biting back and usually driven by the people!

In Bermuda SEZs are called EEZs….Exclusive Economic Zones. Although the island is only 54 sq Kilometers this EEZ is over 464 Sq Kilometers!!

No wonder they are challenging who gets the money, because it’s not them!

Why ‘People’ not Politicians? That is a very good question, after all, we do pay them to look out for our interests…..or we thought we did!

I am beginning to understand why Ms Forbes is so quiet about Freeports…..she doesn’t want to be called a liar or look stupid somewhere down the road.

Silence then has become the preferred option….maybe she hasn’t heard of ‘the sin of omission’!

Freeports and SEZs are here but the story for Scotland is far from over. Thanks to Salvo’s letter we can challenge their legitimacy.

The timidity of our MSPs is apparent, no fight, no objections just running around like headless chickens.

So, lets get a grip folks and take matters into our own hands.

Make the election in 2026 the day we say NO MORE! and take our Sovereignty back into our own hands. The Sovereignty which has just been given to the Foreign Colgomerates by Ms Forbes and the FM!

The Claim of Right makes it plain, you cannot sell or give away what is not yours!

It is hypocrisy to cry Independence with one hand and then sell your country off with the other!

Moving on from Labours’ new priority which seems to be stopping leaks from No10, what should Scotlands priority be?

Independence of course!

Gaining Independence requires ACTION! Something amiss over the past 10 years.

Looking through some threads on FB today I am detecting impatience or even some misunderstandings about the Salvo/Liberation movement. One person said The Claim of Right is irrelevant and another said Sara went to the UN 2 years ago seeking Independence and nothing has happened!!

So here are some facts from my perspective…..

The Claim of Right still stands in Law and has been used successfully in recent history in the Courts.

Sara did not go to the UN seeking Independence, she went seeking advice regarding the process for a country to become Independent!…..a huge difference!!

As a result of that, the process HAS began with the formation of the Liberation movement which is the first action required in International Law.

The Liberation Movement is now finalising its documents which is another requirement in Law to enable them to be registered at the UN as a bonafide Peoples Movement.

As Sara says, getting to the UN is the 1st step, we then have a case to prove. We believe we have that case, that case being we have become a Colonised Nation and through Freeports the strangulation is getting tighter.

No nation ever agrees to have its breath extinguished!

It is our actions that express our intentions and Salvo/ Liberation are the only ones on the move…..others are still talking….or not!

Those complaining nothing is happening are obviously not taking notice. I understand the frustration, age is not on my side to see this through to the end but I am content to see the momentum that is happening and to be part of the solution!

Even though the wheels of International Law grind slowly we are within touching distance, what we need now is unity. We can see clearly how and why our Politicians have failed, so why can’t we unite as a People and take over…..we have the Sovereign Power we just need to execute it.

Before the GE Labour made a big thing about loss of trust now within 4 months, they have lost the whole countries trust, and they won’t get it back!

Truth within Politics has not just died….history proves it has never been there in the first place!

In business, I recognise that many things are time-sensitive for obvious reasons, but that is not what I am talking about here because we already know that Freeports and SEZs are ripe for corruption and criminality.

We also know that the link between the Government and Private Companies is toxic to say the least. Sadly this also applies to our own government here in Scotland, hence all the secrecy.

So we can’t just ‘walk by’ because these atrocities will affect every part of our lives from environmental to local services, including personal services for Care etc.

Why, because Councils will be drained of cash!

As much as the SNHS screams against Privatisation it will happen because Westminster will just turn the ‘tap’ off. Then the real danger starts..

Without Independence, there is nothing we can do to stop these juggernauts from rolling into Scotland.

Scotland already produces more Green Energy than needed here.

These new ones in Kintyre and along the hills of Loch Ness are not for our benefit and will only fill the coffers of Foreign Companies while costing us a fortune through energy bills and subsidies.

One would almost think there are no mountains in England….oh I forgot, they are going to cover the best agricultural land with Solar Panels!!

The only road out of this quagmire and indeed the quickest road to Independence is the Salvo Sovereignty road. I say quickest because even the other plan on the table is to negotiate with Westminster first…..I think we are away past that and time is short.

Scotland remains Sovereign, so let’s unite behind that fact and put People before Parties.

It would appear that our governing Party in Holyrood have decided that when it comes to Independence their attitude is ‘My way or no way’.

The problem with that is they are now saying there is NO way, so I say ‘get out of the way’ and let us the People take over!

John Swinney is like the Emporer with no clothes!

He can no longer pretend to wrap himself up in the Saltire and speak for Scotland. He an his government have dropped the mantle, they stand bereft of any new plans and have the audacity to say the numbers are not there yet!

Well I stand with the wee boy who shouted ‘but he has no clothes’ because he has lost all authority!

The ‘my way or no way’ attitude is not only infantile but also undemocratic. We voted the SNP in to get Independence not to vote with Labour and Tories to stop it!

If you admit the S30 route is closed then go on to vote against another option….that will just not cut it with Indy voters. It is obvious to all of us who is causing the division!

So where now?

It’s quite simple really, we by-pass the system and go straight to the Hague who believe in Democracy and Sovereignty.

The Liberation Movement of the People is a CROSS Party, non-political movement so why on earth can we not all get behind them and get this thing done?

When Scotland becomes Independent and it will….that will be the time for Scottish Parties to emerge and let the people decide who they want. Until then let’s just get on with the task at hand….and that task is in hand as Liberation puts the final touches to some Legal documents required to register as a Peoples Movement at the Hague.

I have just returned from a couple of days on the Cowall Peninsula. Last night after dinner I picked up a paper in the hotel lounge…..yes an actual physical paper, can’t remember when I last did that!

It was the Sunday Times!! I decided to read Alex Massie’s piece about How the Independence Dream Died.

One paragraph jumped out at me…Quote.

“Cameron gave Salmond everything he wanted in the pre-referendum negotiations. Salmond had the question he wanted, the franchise he desired and control of the timetable”

Now I had always thought that Westminster had controlled everything, but if Massie is correct it was the Scottish Government and the FM who were in control. So the questions I asked a few weeks ago are now even more pertinent.

Why was there no exit polls?

Why were there no recounts when everyone saw Yes votes being piled up with the No’s.

Why was Police Scotland so abruptly stopped from investigating the numerous complaints and illegal dumping of Yes votes?

Was there treachery that night within the Scottish Government and more importantly do those traitors still walk among us?

Nothing has ever sat right with me about that Referendum least of all why it was agreed to have a non-binding one.

….and that appears to be a question no one wants to answer!

The time is ripe for the People of Scotland to take control…no more secret deals….we demand open democracy. Politicians tend to forget they work for us, we pay their wages.

This once every 5-year vote does not serve the people well, so let’s change it starting in 2026!

Scotland has a Constitution, we are Sovereign, the Power is in our hands…..time to use it!

Late last night Labour’s risk assessment on the withdrawal of the Winter Fuel Payment was released. It makes grim reading with the potential of thousands of deaths this winter….I call it Corporate Manslaughter!

Human sacrifice…..for what? For Starmer and Reeves to show the world how tough they can be when it comes to fiscal responsibility!

A policy that costs more to administer than it does to pay out in full is not fiscal responsibility it is just crass.

Has the closing of Grangemouth, our only Refinery, got us angry enough yet?

I sincerely hope so, it’s not just another nail on the cross, it’s the one that makes us probably the only country in the world that is opulent in oil but can’t refine it…and if Westminster thinks this is another added link in the chain that holds us then they are more stupid than I thought! Because until we get up and running again we can just turn the taps off and ship it elsewhere!

…..and you do realise that once they refine our oil they will try and sell it back to us at a high price, just like electricity!

We could be a ‘good neighbour’ but even my patience is running out on that one!

Well, that was some journey!

One thing about this journey was very noticeable and that is how the media managed to drown out the concerns of the wee folk!

The headlines are all about the lure of tax breaks like Stamp Duty, enhanced Capital allowances, business rate relief, employer NI relief etc.

Only in Edinburgh has the penny dropped…..ah the canny Scots!!

So many promises made but will they actually come to fruition? But one thing we can say and that is all that land has gone….for the meantime, and I haven’t even mentioned SEZs!
