Now we have a Peace Board, signed off by some very questionable people! Each signature pays $1b for the pleasure……I wonder what the return will be, or does it all flow into Trump’s pocket?

You may be asking what has this to do with Scotland, a lot actually. Because how we perceive and comment on global events shows a lot about us as a people and a country.

It gives a snapshot of our morality and humanity, and that is important.

We cannot be seen as being insular and uncaring about our fellow human beings.

We are not like that in Scotland.

I would imagine every political party standing in this election has a policy on Foreign Aid and Defence, even though Defence is a reserved matter.

However, having said all of that, it is also a fact that this election will focus mainly on Scotlands constitutional standing and local matters. The SNP will be hoping it will only be the latter!

We truly have a once in a lifetime chance to start the change.

Liberate Scotland is not about trying to take control, but rather influence future decisions in Holyrood. I presume that they themselves don’t have individual road maps to Independence but it is their intention to support not only the Devolution route but also the many organisations who are building the foundations for such a plan to succeed. And that is why dedicated MSPs are required.

But in the end, it’s up to you the voter.

What do you really want?

The ‘status quo’ is an illusion because nothing ever stays the same. It only gets better or worse!

In the scheme of global events, Scotland barely exists, but in our world it means everything and its future is in your hands.

Do we give too much oxygen to stupidity?

Probably!

I can think of one man who loves all the attention he gets and come to think of it, a few people in Scotland.

We have many outstanding writers, bloggers and podcasters in Scotland, Ruth Wishart, Grouse Beater, Lesley Riddoch, Barrhead Boy and Peter Bell to name but a few. You may not agree with everything they write, but one thing you can’t deny is their love for their country… and they don’t lie!

It is these important things that underpin Liberate Scotland, a love for Scotland and honesty. [This in no way denigrates other Indy Parties]

…..I just wish they would all join us! Power lies with the People after all.

No Scottish Party can promise a quick fix for Scotlands economy, not one, if they are honest. But what LS can promise is to help Scotland step onto the road to recovery. The Devolution road will need Politicians in Holyrood who support the plan. It is important though that these Politicians remain Independent. Mergers can create what I call, political fog!

On Tuesday, at Davos, the Canadian PM said this…..

‘The power of the less powerful begins with honesty.’

As we approach The Bards birthday let us remember more of his words….

Meaning an honest man, though poor, holds true worth.

The LS Candidates looking for your vote, are not rich, but they are honest and won’t shy away from work.

I can think of a couple of MSPs who are rarely seen in Holyrood now, yet still pick up their pay cheque……from us!

I don’t call that honesty!

It’s time to change the system and stop the gravy train. I am sick of lining the pockets of Politicians who think they can swan in and out of work as they please, whilst services run dry.

Make May 26, the year we start to do things differently.

The Board of Peace….owned by Trump, for life!!

If ever there was world corruption, it is here! Should Scotland be part of it? NO!

But will it?

Yes, if we remain in this so-called Union. Britain is the most subservient country in the world.

May 2026, must be the start of our journey to something different, something vibrant, taking Scotland back to the country it once was on the world stage.

Who shares this vision? Is it the Party that bends its knees to an English King or parties hell-bent on getting Independence one way or another?

It is a fact that in the end, we will have to take it, because it will never be given. Whether we do it by the Decolonisation route, UDI, or a mixture of both, I know not…..but it will happen. Even incoming ‘Friendly Fire’ won’t stop it because it is the will of the People.

It is now up to the people of Scotland to decide who they want in Holyrood to run in tandem with the Peoples movement.

HOW?

LS, the Unity tricycle.

These three want Scotland to come together as one, country before party! No-one has to abandon their party or beliefs they just need to focus as one on Independence, and work together for that.

These good folk, believe in the People of Scotland and trust them with Scotlands future. They are a new brand of politician, grown within the grassroots, fashioned by the hard knocks of life, yet determined to bring a better life for all Scots through Independence.

The Dream lives on and will do so until it comes to fruition.

Scotlands new game starts now and it starts with Unity!

…….and you would be surprised just how wrong they can be. Instead of showing a broad picture of voting intentions, they have become a marketing tool. Paid for by the leading Parties, they hope that because you see them in the lead, you will follow the populace.

The present Poll for the Holyrood election shows the SNP winning…….but by how much? Will it be outright or by just a few seats? My timelines do not show an outright win.

The SNPs big mistake?

They have failed to realise that women make up 51% of the voters. And women are not feeling very generous towards them. Swinney’s obsession with Trans Rights and LGTB is shooting them in both feet, and quite rightly so. In a recent interview, he never once mentioned women’s rights!

Pollsters frame the questions and target audiences, the ones they know will give the right answers.

…….. and none of them want to mention grassroots parties…..I wonder why.

……and these roots are growing!

To make sure change happens, we need activists, and many of those who stood tall prior to the Referendum, are waking up again with many eyes turning towards Liberate Scotland.

Why?

Because it’s different, very different.

It kind of sums up LS!, and they are certainly oiling the wheels of the independence movement again.

Three groups rolled into one, with one purpose…Independence first, now there’s a novel idea.

We need to ask a serious question and give an honest answer.

Q. Why has the Indy train stalled in Holyrood?

Ans. Because the SNP became Devolutionists.

Some say, ‘they are just playing the game’, but in my opinion, they are playing the wrong game! They should be playing the Indy game by frustrating Westminster at every turn.

The real meaning behind this proverb is ‘avoiding negativity’.

But it can also mean avoiding the truth, because many can’t go there.

We say we want to be a better country, a country of integrity but I fear that in some quarters that will never happen.

Politics is a very unforgiving place especially where egos abound, and remember politics isn’t just for politicians. We can all play the game.

There are those who seek power [control ] in many pies.

Liberate Scotland is trying to usher in a new kind of politics. Their first goal was to see if Unity could work.

Many said it was impossible…..but they did it. We have three groups working together. How did this happen?

It happened because these people knew that country had to come before the Party.

For months they have been working behind the scenes for Scotland and for you. They give their time freely and refuse to be financed by the big boys…..in other words, they are not for sale. And you have no idea how that angers some!…..they are the proverbial ‘thorn in the flesh’ to those who seek power and control.

These are your kind of people, and the door is open for you to join.

Scotlands future is not in the hands of Westminster, it is in ours and it’s time to take that responsibility.

Our vote is our own, but we live with the consequences of our actions forever. Surely we cannot let Scotland down.

Scotland needs to be Independent to deal with amongst other things, the changes in geopolitics. What we are witnessing in the USA is a country that has moved from being a Colony to an independent state only now to become the Coloniser!…..where will it end?

Scotlands future needs to be back in the hands of Scotland and the beginning of that process starts in May.

The weakest link in any organisation or Political Party is always human beings.

How times have changed, once, generations would follow the path of their parents and grandparents in their loyalty to a political party. It was the same in religion… once a Methodist, always a Methodist!

Today we see some MPs jumping from bed to bed, whichever fits their personal agenda…..or offers the most.

It’s the frequency that gets me, it’s not about ideology anymore, but personal gain and media attention.

Where is loyalty, if not to party but to one’s own beliefs?

Tory to Reform maybe, but Labour to Reform, how does that fit?

Loyalty to one’s country makes Scots who we are. But unfortunately many don’t see voting for an English-based party as being disloyal. They just don’t get the dynamics of it.

For many, Scottish Labour is Scottish and Scottish Unionists are Scottish! We have been brainwashed into believing this for years.

THEY ARE NOT!

I recently saw a post from a group calling themselves Labour for Independence. Now I am sure they are sincere in their desire for Independence but the simple fact is Labour for Independence is a misnomer. Why? Because Labour is an English-based, English-run Party and as we know they are not about to give us Independence!

Until we start to educate people about these simple political facts, we will have a problem in May.

Another problem I see coming down the road, is the use of AI.

AI is being sold as the marvel of the century, but unless you know how to use it and more importantly check it, you could end up in all kinds of trouble.

Let me give you a recent example.

AI was asked to produce a map of the Northern Powerhouse railway plans in England.

This is what it produced….

Look carefully! eg….3 Warringtons!! & Hull has moved twice!!

If you want to find out the truth about what is happening to Scotland and why, do not go to AI!

Instead, ask these people..

An Alliance made in Scotland, by the People for the People.

No Spin just honest Politics.

They say it as it is, because like you, they live it as it is.

If we fail to take a stand in May, Independence will be put on the back burner for another generation.

I am not sure Scotland will be impressed by the man coming to lead Reform.

Scotland doesn’t really do Lords and Ladies! We believe all are equal.

Titles bring assumptions, this one being, ‘I am better than you’. A step back to colonialistic imperialism.

Well no thank you!

This year is about Scotland moving forward, not backwards. This year is about a vision to rebuild Scotland not break it apart through further privatisation.

This year is also about showing the world who we truly are and what we want….and that is not more colonialism.

I would call Reform, Scotlands Trojan Horse…

Supermarkets in Scotland ask us to buy Scottish products, so why would we vote for anything other than Scottish? And by that I mean ‘homegrown’, not shipped up from England!

If Referendums are dead in the water, so is Devolutionism.

Continuity won’t cut it anymore, we cannot continue to stand by and watch the Scotland we know and love, disappear…..and it is disappearing! Not just the powers we were given but also the land.

Looking at the above, it’s hard to believe that the People are Sovereign!

A high % is owned by foreigners with the rest still linked to our colonial masters!

Let’s redraw the land boundaries.

Let’s change the political system in Scotland.

Let’s put people into Holyrood who actually care about Scotland.

Let’s be the change we want to see!

It is the ordinary people of Scotland, not politicians, who make Scotland what it is and what it will become.

And it will be the people of Scotland who will decide the outcome in this Election, not the Party that can throw the largest amount of money into their campaign.

It is estimated that 91% of households in Scotland now have access to the internet. This is important for the smaller parties because this is where the battlelines will be drawn.

Leafletting is important, but let’s be honest: you may read one personally handed to you on the street, but most bin those that come through the letterbox. Only the politically engaged trawl through everything, and political engagement is at an all-time low.

I see the word ‘Mandatory’ is to be dropped from the Digital ID scheme, as Labour does its 13th/14th U-TURN. Something tells me it will reappear later. It does however show one thing……the people can win! And we will win in Scotland!!

Never underestimate the power ordinary people have.

Unity is about bringing people together who seek the same goal, it is about collaboration not confrontation. Everyone has their own ideas about a future Independent Scotland but we have to get there first!

The sucess of the YES vote in this election is only the first step in a very long process. This is why it is important to get the right people into Holyrood to see that process through to the end. The way things are looking just now, their first fight might be to force whoever is in power to allow a Plebiscite Election, because Referendums are dead in the water.

A lot also depends on the outcome of the Decolonisation route. Something we should all still be supporting. These two things, although entirely separate should be running in parallel…..but are they?

The wind that is blowing within the grassroots is turning into a gale. Liberate Scotland has become a game-changer and Unity can win the day!

We are approaching a critical stage in campaigning, so maybe it’s time to ‘snuff out the bad actors’.

There are many who say Independence but really mean Devolution.

“Money and the SNP”, are no longer words that should be mentioned in the same sentence.

The Scottish government may well have the right to complain about being shortchanged by Westminster, but we also have the right to demand an explanation on how that money is spent by them and why.

Just how much is spent on wild goose chases?

Re-challenging the Supreme Court ruling and hiding part of Nicola’s case are but two. These are to save face not to bring justice. If you are wondering why they can’t fund councils properly, this is your answer and don’t even get me started on the Freeports bonanza.

Countries don’t go broke because there is no money, they are broke because of the way they spend the money and councils are no different. When you give huge pay rises to those at the top of the tree…..those at the bottom will ultimately pay!

But let’s put money aside for a while and look at ourselves. By that I mean, where are we as individuals, in this fight for Liberty?

Our motives and individual aspirations are important.

Individual aspirations are not wrong provided our motives stand the test. I don’t doubt for one minute that many MSPs start with the right motives, but what happens after that is often down to party politics.

Those standing under Liberate Scotland never wanted to become politicians. But the lack of progress towards Independence plus the absurd legislation this present governing body has tried to pass has resulted in the need for them to stand up and be counted. With women in particular feeling the need to protect themselves.

These are the people who are turning heads at the moment. Not just because they are different but because they are genuine! They are not out to ‘rule’ anything but they will influence much!

Change is coming and LS are the game changers, in the political landscape of Scotland.

I think it would be fair to say that this country is at a crisis point, in fact one could say that about the world.

Rumours of war grow more prevalent each day. The thing we have to remember is that wars start because men/women fail. Some wars are intentional, driven by agendas! Labour has a history when it comes to warmongering. Let’s not forget it.

And there is no better reason to go to war than to create a crisis, financial or otherwise.

We continually ask the wrong questions.

Instead of asking why prices and taxes are higher, we need to ask how our money is being spent. [ by the way, if you look at the price of crude oil, you will notice it hasn’t gone up….what has gone up is the profits!]

The ‘how’ is just as important as the ‘why’!

All the devolved countries in Britain have to balance the books….but not Westminster!

Don’t spend too long wondering why!!

Governments have forgotten that not everything is about profit. We profit when we look after our people. The experiment of lowering working hours has resulted in increased productivity. But don’t expect it to come your way soon…..Westminster doesn’t like the idea.

We must look forward yes, but we must also never forget. Remember this…..

This rhetoric of ‘only the SNP can……’ is meaningless, considering that at one point the SNP government even downgraded the importance of Independence.

The only reason it is being raised again is because of the impending Election……just another carrot!

If hope is needed in this crisis, then Liberate Scotland is it.

Small becomes bigger when people engage, when people see the need for something different and grab the opportunity.

Join the radical rebels who want change!

Don’t cry for change then turn your back on that very change.
