There is a reason why Unionists are raging about Liberate Scotland and that is, because it is easier to control people when they are divided.
What both amazes and saddens me is, the ‘divide and conquer’ rule is a favourite of many Independentists as well.
We have become masters at shooting ourselves in the foot. Don’t blame Unionists for all the divisions, we are doing a pretty good job of it ourselves.
You cannot shout for a plebiscite-type election on the one hand then refuse to join others in a show of unity. To do so is to say, it’s our way or none! That is not leadership, it is ego.
I must confess, I struggle with understanding the reasons behind all the agro between all the Independent parties. Are they not putting the ‘cart before the horse’?
If the priority is Independence, the what comes after will be sorted out in Holyrood.
The Liberate Scotland model gives us the choices we need to make that happen. We complain about the 2 party model not working in Westminster, yet we have created the same thing up here, SNP or Labour.
The change we need is not about parties being in charge, but rather the Sovereign People of Scotland being in charge. In Europe, it’s called Direct Democracy!

Why do I support Direct Democracy over Parliamentary Democracy? I will answer that with a few questions!
Have our MPs or even MSPs served us well?
Have they kept their promises?
Do they serve ‘the party’ machine before their constituents’ needs?
I could go on and on, but you get my drift!
People matter, and Westminster will soon learn that the ‘sma folk’ will matter even more.

We need to come out of our small corners and meet in the middle of the room!
