It is not surprising that people South of the Border know little about Scotland other than it’s a beautiful place to visit or it’s just part of the UK….which it isn’t!

I was speaking to a friend in Carlisle last weekend about Charles not being our King, her answer was very amusing, she said “well we don’t want him.”😅

But that aside, they have no idea how much Scotland contributes to the Westminster treasury or what will happen when the taps are turned off.

But what of those in Scotland, how many have fallen off the Indy road, tired and weary of all the broken promises?

What will it take to get them back on their feet?…more promises? I don’t think so!

Will the fire and brimstone that Reeves is pelting us with do it? …..I’m not too sure, such is the apathy.

So what?

In my heart, I believe the only thing that will catch the eye and imagination of people again will be to see movement within Salvo & Liberation.

Those of us in those organizations know something is happening and we know legalities must be met and that takes time, but I detect a weariness creeping in here too. Maybe it’s because we have lost so many great warriors lately and some of us don’t feel time is on our side either, but what ever the reason we must hold on tightly to hope!

Hope in the knowledge that things are moving albeit slowly.

Hope in the knowledge that right is on our side.

Hope knowing those dealing with all the legalities are good people who know what they are doing.

Hope and belief in Scotland.

Politicians think our heads are buttoned up the back, in fact they rely on it!

But we are not, we are the opposite. We have become very politically savvy, and wiser and we have them to thank for it.

Every time they shoot themselves in the foot we learn a bit more about their devious ways….and we are good students, we don’t forget.

A good example was when Labour chose the Pensioners as their first target…..followed quickly by the SNP I may add.

I await to see what SNP will do with the extra cash…..I am if nothing else, ever hopeful!

I suppose it works in our favour knowing Politicians think we are stupid and gullible because they drop their guard and get careless.

So careless, they are about to lose Scotland!

We will get our land back!

If there’s one thing I hate it is being taken for granted, our masters assume regarding Freeports/SEZs that if they keep silent we will give up and roll over, accepting the inevitable…..well we won’t!

Maths was not my favourite subject at school but I was pretty good at arithmetic, especially mental arithmetic.

I was bemused when I looked up the definition of the word ‘arithmetic’…..

“manipulation of numbers”

Politicians would no doubt get an A+ in that exam!

Cromarty Freeport is promising 75,000 jobs, the Forth Freeport was promising 50,000 jobs now downgraded to 34,000! Glasgow SEZ 29,000 plus all the other smaller projects up and down the country.

A lot of jobs for a country with only 3.3% unemployment. They also advertise them as highly skilled jobs!!

So where are these highly skilled people coming from and more to the point where are they going to live?

This is more than just manipulating the figures it is outright lying to persuade Councils to sign up, which they are doing.

At the other end of the drain the taps are open, and they open into the bank accounts of shareholders!

If you were to ask your local Councillor how much money your council is investing in these Freeports and SEZs and what the return is on that investment, odds are they won’t have a clue what you’re talking about…..mine certainly didn’t!

It appears that we are not alone when it comes to the manipulation of figures. The Russians aided and abetted by some well-known names have done their stuff in the Presidential Election!! Then made sure the evidence was destroyed by crashing the satellite controlling the technology the day after the election!!

Ask yourselves why at a time when so much investment is going into your area, your Council Tax will rocket. I have also read that Councilors are in for a whopping pay rise!

Money matters, especially when it’s our money and the amount of money flowing into these Freeports and SEZs is eye-watering at a time when our local services are diminishing including NHS and Care services.

Do not think you are helpless to stop it. 2026 will be a make-or-break time for Scotland. Your vote will either make Scotland or break it.

We need more than just new bums on seats replicating the system. We need a new system altogether, and that will take courage….guts!

Governments have choices, even our own one in Holyrood has choices. On the whole, their policies have done a lot to mitigate the ever-increasing disaster that is Westminster.

However other policies will only serve to increase poverty in Scotland. Freeports/SEZs will not benefit us they will exploit us, through land grabs, low wages, and loss of LA revenue and that all trickles down to more poverty.

Ms Forbes says companies will be expected to agree to pay the minimum wage.

“Expected”…..nice word, that means absolutely nothing! Once up and running these companies will set their pay rates with no benefits…..they have form!

She gives no information about how the Scot Gov will enforce these guarantees.

Because these areas are so vast this is very likely to affect you or other members of your family, so please do not sit back and ask….’ what can I do’?

There is plenty you can do and you don’t even have to leave your chair to do it!

But perhaps the greatest thing you can do to stop this Corporate takeover is fight for Independence!

If we are a ‘cannie people’ as most believe then let’s act like it. “Cannie” means shrewd, especially with money!

How we get there is up to you, we can wait for our Politicians to wake up or we can take matters into our own hands.

We lose good agricultural land at our peril and we won’t get it back! It is not by coincidence that Labour are including farms in their inheritance tax ploy.

Break down the farms and the land loses value!

On the contrary, these companies make sure we can never escape or even make internal policies that they perceive might affect their profits.

This is yet another example where the Scottish Government have chosen not to use the powers they already have. Why, because they play by Westminster rules…..and Westminster rules (owns) everything in Scotland even the building our MSPs sit in…..well they think they do!

The truth is Scotland belongs to us and we need to take it back and clean up this economic mess. At the moment everything flows south, oil, energy, even whisky and possibly water next.

In a Liberated Scotland, there will be economic borders, if not hard ones! Yes we have to take down walls but we may have to build some too, because Scotland will no longer be a free-for-all.

By nature, Scots are generous but they are not stupid. Ms Forbes may be taken in by glossy pamphlets and empty promises but we are beginning to see through these deals and flaws are appearing….big gaping flaws!

We can no longer afford to remain in a state of denial, we have about 12 months to get our act together before the official campaign for 2026 begins….and it will take every minute of that time to work on a strategy that will unite us all.

No Unity…..No Independence! A unifying strap line must be found, party politics aside.

SNP1 & 2 only worked because the circumstances were right, those circumstances have gone and to try and replicate them will put Scotland back for at least another decade.

That might suit the SNP but it doesn’t suit us.

People are demanding unity and will neither forgive nor forget parties who deny them this chance to get it right.

Corporate governance can not be allowed to replace Democracy.

Britain is covered by a grey cloud just now, weather forecasters describe it as ‘gloom’! …. and that very much describes how people feel these days….gloom and doom!

In general, people are marching or trudging along, heads down to the sound of the Westminster drum, they feel weary.

We have forgotten what it feels like to dance to the sound of our drums……Scottish drums!

These drums are beating again, and the drummer has changed, they may be distant and you may have to listen carefully but they are beginning to punch through the grey aura that is Westminster.

We have choices, choices our friends south of the border don’t have, we just need to be brave enough to make them.

We have been marched up and down the hill so many times, this time we have to lead the charge.

I note that this Remembrance weekend one of the battles they have been highlighting is that of Monte Cassino, this is personal to me because it was where my dad was awarded the Military Cross. Now his daughter along with many others is in a fight for Scotland’s freedom, a fight was cannot afford to lose.

There is no such thing as a lost cause, only those who have lost the will to fight it…..and yes many days I feel like that too, so I take a rest and then metaphorically get back on my feet again and hit the keys!

The waiting game is hard, harder because we have waited so long to see movement, any movement for the cause we hold so dear.

Our MSPs would have us believe the door is closed for now, the opportunity gone and we must therefore strengthen Devolution……really?

…..and that my friends is exactly what Liberation has done!

They have built a door, an entrance that takes us to Europe which in turn leads to other doors all ushering us to Independence / Liberation.

But even this route will be no walk in the park. There are hurdles ahead, but I would rather face a hurdle than continue to be locked in a prison.

We have a strong team addressing the hurdles and others building the foundations for a new Scotland.

These foundations have not been plucked out of the air, they are those of our existing Constitution & Claim of Rights, being modernized to fit the era and world we live in now.

These people working behind the scenes don’t have ‘artificial intelligence’😅! They have real intelligence unlike some in Holyrood…. won’t mention any names!!

We are entering a war of words, Westminster knows the Scottish drums are beating and as we know the first casualty in any war is TRUTH!

One of the first things they will use is National Security in today’s dangerous world!

Now let me think……which country has helped the world become such a dangerous place……oh yes….. it is England [Westminster]!!

…..and don’t even get me started on NATO!

We need to change so much but that change must come from the ground up……us!

Fiscal objectives are very important especially when a good number of your own people are cold and hungry.

Very soon our MSPs and Councils will be setting the budgets which will have an impact on all our lives, so we have every right to ‘follow the money’!

The Scottish Government has and is very economical with the truth when it comes to Freeport’s and SEZs. Billions of Tax Payers money is being sunk into these black holes with little or no return. Money that should be used to provide local services and keep tax rises down in other words keep our cost of living down.

A plebiscite Election with or without the SNPs involvement by using the List and not putting a foot in Holyrood.

There is also a difference between Parliamentary Sovereignty and People’s Sovereignty, we have the former now……and it’s not working. These things however are for others to work out as we take this Country forward and take it forward we must because our Politicians won’t.

But one thing I do know getting ourselves entangled in Corporate Governance will not end well for anybody except the Shareholders.

We the public are privileged in that we get a weekly free viewing ticket via our TVs…..and oh what a performance we see.

PMQs might be live but the lines spoken are well-rehearsed. Every question and every answer is well researched…..we even get extras….MPs bobbing up and down to give us the audience the notion that somehow it’s all very democratic.

One day, just maybe, the Speaker will have the courage to ‘accidentally’ ask a non-preselected MP, or an MP decided to grow some courage and ask a different Q!….. wouldn’t that be a novelty?.

We have our mini version in Holyrood, that place that rubber stamps everything sent up the road by Westminster.

In Politics ‘bad actors’ does not refer to their acting ability but rather their actions, their intentions, and their motives.

……sadly these people pop up in other organizations as well.

No actor was/is permanent!

This is something we need to remind our current MSPs.

Our MSPs have allowed themselves to be hood-winked by Foreign Provocateurs…bad actors, and the result is Freeports/SEZs. Ms Forbes may shout all she likes about ‘false information’ on SM yet she never contradicts it….. maybe she can’t because all of this information comes from government/ LA documents!

So, in future, if you live in Glasgow and you phone the Council [your SNP council] with a Q or problem you are going to end up speaking to someone in India😂😂… that brings absurdity into a new realm!!

The fall of income in this Council has been in part due to its ‘special economic/SEZ status plus the Deals forced upon them.

When something is presented to you which appears to be too good to be true…….read the small print!

When I worked for a certain LA, I was always told to write my council reports to that same level! Now just think about that for a minute….maybe answers a lot of questions!

We have a lot of people in the wrong jobs and that is a problem that must be fixed, and we must remember this as parties seek to choose their List Candidates.

Only good vetting in 2026 will bring good and competent governance to a new Sovereign Scotland.

The big discussion has started and I hope that both our current crop of Scottish parliamentarians and other Parties are taking note.

2026 is the date on the lips of all activists….politics is not dead to everyone!

The interesting thing is, that these discussions are mostly cross-party, indicating that people are fed up with parties bickering. They want Independence….end of story. They want Parties to work together…..but will they?

My feeling is that in the end, it will be up to us as individuals with one or two exceptions.

As individuals, we find ourselves in a very unique position, a position where we can individually change the course of Scottish history.

There is no magic formula but we do need a formula…..a strategy!

We are in a kind of tug-of-war, a constitutional tug-of-war and the more people we have on our team the more pulling power we will have.

We chose our team and we will write the name on the tag!

…… right now it appears the people have chosen their team, it is called Liberation and it’s not political, but it is powerful!

Powerful because it harnesses the collective power of individuals and doesn’t require either Holyrood or Westminster’s permission.

The plan will by-pass them as Liberation go straight to the ICJ and they will not be happy to learn Westminster deceived them when last asked about Scotland’s status….but then they already know how devious the British government can be.

What Scotland is facing now with Corporate governance is more than just a passing storm, one that we will have to ride out until the 2026 election…. we can and must change the system then, and we start now.

…..we start in our own homes. Talking to our families, our kids and grandkids. If you want to stand on street corners handing out leaflets….good for you but for some of us those days are long gone, so we start with what we have….family! Adding one individual at a time, building the team.
