There’s a wee arguement going on down the road from me, it may seem ‘wee’ to many, but it’s not! Because the outcome will be of importance to all of us.
Now, these Royal Charters are interesting and even more so the reason for them, given the context of today’s SEZs.
‘limitation of the Royal charter was that no other trading group other than the East India company could compete in spice trading on the east and west coasts of India. Explanation: On December 31, 1600, Queen Elizabeth I granted the East India Company a Royal Charter.’
In short, a Royal Charter has stipulations, they set out what can and what can’t happen within the area covered. They also remain in Law unless the terms are broken, and it would take an Act of Parliament to revoke it.
Interesting also is, Prince Harry is the present Earl of Dumbarton!!!
Laying aside the arguement that all the land belongs to the people of Scotland for a moment, this is a case of the Crown and Westminster shooting itself in the foot and one has to wonder how many more ‘big plans’ could be halted or stopped completely under the same pretext.
This debacle explains why the SNP lost their safe Council seat in last week’s By-Election.

How the Courts and both Governments get around this knotty little problem will be interesting. Because if they ride roughshot over this Charter and the will of the people of Dumbarton that town has the potential to become the catalyst for the people’s rebellion and the ideal place for Liberation.scot to be focusing on.

The SNP don’t seem to have realised that the English Colonialists, give ScotGov/SNP ‘enough rope’, before yanking them back, to diminish ScotGov/Holyrood.

Yet ScotGov/SNP continues to bow/scrape/beg and OBEY their English everything and treat them with undeserved reverence.
What’s worse, is the SNP intransigence/refusal to engage with Scots who have researched etc and would willingly guide the SNP through all the information to free us.
Instead, the ‘Freeports Forbes’/SNP have, without the authority of WE SOVEREIGN SCOTS, signed Contracts with Foreigners, that will see Scotland asset-stripped.
‘Flynn Two Questions’ supposedly took over from the rich Crofter, to prioritise and progress the Restoration of Scottish Independence.
He’s done nothing more than get really comfy on those Green Front Benches in WM.
Enjoys the photo-ops and the odd quip, that does ZERO to free Scotland.
Independence will come about, not by the bowing/scraping/asking nicely of ANY politician, but because we Scots have finally had enough, at the deeply unsatisfactory way, our supposedly Independence Parties continue to show reverence to a FOREIGN ENGLISH POWER
They allow we Scots to be treated like nonentities in OUR OWN NATION, by their refusal to
STAND UP TO THE COLONIALIST DICTATORS.
