According to some MPs Scotland no longer exists! Strange that, because we have our own flag, our own Laws, our own Legal system, our own Crown, our own NHS, our own Education system and we also have the ability to print our own bank notes, yet we are but an illusion!

Fortunately for us, the International courts do recognise us and they maintain that Scottish Territorial borders are still intact.

There are those, even within Salvo that find it hard to believe Salvo will even get a hearing at the appropriate committees within the UN. I am at a loss as to why this is.

Within the UN there are departments set up precisely to address these matters. Laws have been passed to address ‘wrongful acts between nations’ …..and the British Government signed up to these very laws.

Scotland’s stands in a great place just now internationally, apart from the masses of documentation accrued by Salvo we must remember that England [ Westminster] carries very little leverage in the EU now.

The ECJ is made up of International Judges [ and if I am correct there is no English Judge sitting now.] who can be very pedantic about such matters, even if English Judges aren’t! Many countries have regained their Sovereignty through this system…..why not Scotland?

A little faith goes a long way!

Then there are those who say they want Independence but only their way is right! Shouldn’t we be trying every way we can to get a Legal ruling? Then hand over to the Politicians to take that ruling forward. That’s when the ‘wheat will be shaken from the chaff’ !!

We will see who really believes the People are Sovereign! Who really has the vision of popular democracy and a new kind of Governance?

Somewhere down the line Scotland will have to decide whether the People are Sovereign or Parliament is Sovereign, it cannot be both and we need to understand the difference.

It’s that time of year again folk, a bit like the Edinburgh Comic Festival when those magical figures appear telling us Scotland is in debt!

We have spent too much money, and lived beyond our means. The problem is, we didn’t spend the money! Westminster did, on our behalf!

You see GERS is one of those accounting tricks where only certain figures relating to taxes are used, carefully picked out to prove how poor we are. The method used is called ‘Per Capita’ it is a Latin term that translates to ‘per head’ To put it simply it means taxes received from the people of Scotland per person.

See the problem?

Nothing in that method relates to Scotland’s assets, why is that? Because all our assets are deemed as UK assets, in the eyes of Westminster, Scotland as a country doesn’t exist and everything belongs to them!

Scotland has become Westminster’s cash cow! Millions drip into the Treasury per minute from oil alone, but that doesn’t show up in the books as far as Scotland’s accounts are concerned.

The so-called Union of Parliaments has been used to con Scotland out of everything it rightfully owns. Our Territorial waters were never handed over to England, that is an undisputable fact……although Westminster will try and dispute it! They are the experts on the misrepresentation of facts.

Normally when a country goes about balancing the books, it’s total income v total outgoings, but then the Treasury never ever produces accounts, at least not ones we get to see! Did you know that receipts from oil pumped directly from the North Sea ship to ship are recorded as ‘unknown income’? Someone needs a geography lesson! Accounts hidden, out of everyone’s sight, although we do know the debt, that’s probably our fault too!

How do we get out of this circle of mythical debt?

By re-claiming our legal and rightful Sovereignty! Taking charge of our own taxes and assets.

Let’s become more like Norway where assets are used to enhance the lives of the people through a Common Wealth Fund and not to fill the pockets of the wealthy.

We start by reclaiming our Rights as laid out in the Claim of Right which is still to this day legally binding.

Start by telling people why they lack the means to put food on the table and heat their houses. Tell them where the money is going. Show them the big lie and how to escape, and it’s not through begging for a Referendum!

There is a huge difference between self-importance and self-esteem.

Within the realms of Politics, we seem to have an awful lot of people who have an over-exaggerated sense of their own importance and very few with humility. They prance, or should I say dance around the stage soaking in all the attention that feeds their egos. But the message they deliver is the same old….just sound-bites and repetitive ones at that.

Nothing new, no bold initiatives just continuity, the words may sound new but the methodology beneath hasn’t changed…..its still Westminster this or Westminter that. It must be Politicians who have ultimate power with a quick reference to the People being Sovereign to entice like a spider spinning its web.

Oh, how they love the attention but oh how quick they are to anger when the stage lights go off and any sign of popularity diminishes and another Party gains some traction.

On the reverse side of that scenario are those who have great potential but also have low esteem, the flowers that have yet to bloom. There are a lot in Scotland. Future leaders, gifted people who really do care about Scotland more than they do about themselves. We need to nourish these folk, and nurture them, they are our future.They understand the ethos upon which the Claim of Right was built, they understand the meaning of community and the importance of every individual.

Yes the world has changed since the COR was written but some things never change, the values that are inherent in the people of Scotland still remain. We are a canny people, we are a caring people and we will take these things forward to a new Sovereign Scotland.

The future is bright, we just have to believe it!

Encourage people to seek out the truth!

We all face storms in life, times when things get a bit choppy! For those involved in Politics be it in a Party or a movement these storms can feel like hurricanes and we come through them feeling rather bedraggled wondering what the hell just hit us! But getting through them is what we do and we do it through comradery and in the knowledge our feet are firmly standing on the truth.

Our standing does not depend on the egos of others, our standing is dependent only on the knowledge that we are Sovereign. That is the Terra firma below our feet, the solid foundation of Truth.

And it is the knowledge of that, that keeps our heads above the water when others seek to drown us out.

Scotland’s life belt is the Claim of Right and the beacon that shines from it shows up all the lies told over the centuries. The facts are, Scotland has no King, Scotland has become a Colony or as some call it an annexation, Scotland has a Constitution, and the territories of Scotland & England are still separate and in tact,need I go on?

Stage 2 is still at the hatchery😂 but when it arrives we will be ready, life belts on!

Perhaps we should put them on and keep them on! As Salvo attracts more attention, those glued to Parties might wish to jump ship, which can take us through more emotional storms. But choice is the name of the game and we must respect that. More will come than go!

Peace of mind comes from knowing the ground we stand on is firm if we know that we have won the battle even if it doesn’t feel like it.

Keep the heid!

Scotland’s destiny is in our hands but we must choose the path and we must choose wisely.

Do we just settle for more of the same, the status quo of going cap in hand to Westminster begging for more, and by ‘more’ I mean more of our own! Westminster is no Robin Hood, they don’t take from the rich to give to the poor. No, they take from the poor to give to the rich!

Do we keep asking Westminster for a Referendum, which according to the Scotland Act, is our right but dependent on Westminster’s timing?

Or do we start taking our own destiny into our own hands?

The time for asking is long gone, we have Rights, written down, recognised Internationally and even by Westminster but their not going to admit it and they are moving heaven and earth to try and stop the truth getting out.

Through Salvo, we have the facts and through Liberation we have the path.

This whole gambit requires a new way of thinking. We have always relied on Polticians to take our dreams forward, we thought this was the only way, no one told us ‘we we’re Sovereign ‘ no one told us we held the power in our own hands but now we know differently and oh how we are going to use it!

The real Team Scotland is on the move. We have caught the bug and it’s infectious!

It’s now or never as far as taking control of our own destiny is concerned. If we can’t create something with the tools we’ve been handed then we don’t deserve the ultimate prize!

The greatest teachers do not tell our children what to think but how to think!

During my school days, and yes I can remember them, just, I did have a few good ones but perhaps my greatest teachers who taught me about life came along when I was in my 50s.

I am thinking of one in particular called Mary who taught me a very important lesson and that was to always look within myself before I reacted to any situation.

Twitter is becoming a bin fire and our natural reaction is to hit back when our friends or ideals are being attacked, we don’t hesitate we just fire verbal bullets back becoming part of the fire! It’s human nature, I get it, I’ve done it and regretted it. Especially when someone captures my words on the screen! So, no I haven’t perfected the art yet😂

We need to be cannier than that, cleverer and that may mean taking a step away from the keyboard and thinking about our reactions, or muting them and let them carry on speaking into the Ether! Having said that, if it’s your own Party that’s being the ass, then yeh, tell them😂

We are not here to fight in a war of words, our words should never be used as weapons of mass destruction. As I understand it we are here to educate, to pass on the facts which will speak for themselves and let people decide for themselves.

Salvo will provide those facts, we just have to pass them on!

What drives us?

The overarching aim of those in this Peoples’ movement is to bring Scotland back to its former glory, a Sovereign Nation with it’s own powers, taking its rightful place in a modern world.

There are I am sure a number of different roads that can lead us to that goal. Salvo is one of those roads and is gaining traction day by day as people from all Parties and none climb aboard. When it first started Leaders of Parties seemed quite happy to see their members climb aboard this new venture, after all the People are Sovereign and this is a Peoples movement.

But the tectonic plates have now shifted and there are those who see Salvo as a threat……why is that?

A question needs to be asked. When Parties say Independence is their goal are there some within the higher echelons of those Parties also seeking important roles within that process?

Are egos kicking in?

The very idea of a level playing field where everyone has a say and everyone is heard threatens their personal ambitions. ‘I am on the executive and I have power’ is a mindset that some are not willing to let go of. But this is the kind of mindset that has and is destroying this country on a daily basis.

To create a true Team Scotland personal ambitions must be laid aside or those that have them will be left aside because people are finding their voices and are having none of it! Don’t get me wrong, personal ambition in itself is not wrong, it only becomes wrong when to gain it means annihilating everyone else around you, be it through words or deads!

We need to pull together, and pool our ideas only then will we achieve the eventual goal of Independence.

So let’s get on with building the Peoples Army!

I must make it clear that everything I write are my thoughts and do not necessarily represent that of any Party.

I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that in the end no matter how many hoops or International Courts the People of Scotland go through, in the end the only option left to us will be UDI.

Why?

Because Westminster will choose to ignore every advisory judgement made by the ECJ or any other Court for that matter. The reason for that is simple…..they can’t afford not to.

How would Westminster pay the bills if Scotland turned the oil taps off and all the other assets? When people say we couldn’t exist on our own they choose only to show certain tax receipts not tax acrude through oil, energy and whisky etc.

UDI is no longer something to fear, gone are the days of Rhodesia when the world shunned them. Why? Because Scotland’s case differs, we will have already been through the Courts, and advisersy judgements will have been made on our Constitutional standing……and ignored!

Through Salvo and Liberation, the game has changed, that is why they are under attack even from within! Knowledge is power, and people are realising their potential too. A movement of people cannot be stopped if the determination is there.

Hackers won’t stop us, if necessary we will go back to the old fashioned way of collecting paper signatures and carry them to the Courts ourselves! But it does show one thing….they? ……are very scared of us!

The truth will always win.

Some of the most poisonous people we come across come disguised as friends and sadly none more so than within the Independence movement.

I will not mention names but some of you will have been following a discussion on Twitter tonight. It became apparent to me quite early on that something was afoot. A genuine person with a question does not respond to an answer with such hostility, then keep piling it on.

I sincerely believe tonight’s attack on Salvo was more to do with Party Politics than a genuine enquiry, and we are going to get more of this because there are Indy people out there who believe they and they alone have the right to lead the movement……they are bigger…..they are better!

Well, ‘bigger’ doesn’t cut it with me if they ignore the principles of the Claim of Right and their hostility proves it.

Don’t let these people distract you, learn to spot them early. If people drain you or argue, rather than discuss, back off. They don’t seek knowledge they seek to wear you down.

Keep focused on the vision each step of the way, there are many steps on this journey. The next one is not far away giving us more tools to inspire people with. More answers to the ‘hows and whys’.

And remember when people start mirroring sites and corrupting QR codes you can be sure of two things. 1. Someone is getting scared. 2. Therefore we are onto something very important!

There is an elephant in the room and those in power are making sure our wonderful Press keep it out of sight. But they can’t control the net and word is spreading.

There is a Free Port in Lancashire near Blackpool, and yes you can visit Tax Free shops, I went their about 27yrs ago and never really thought about it, then sometime later the sting in the tail came when it was decided by those in power that it would be good idea to drill for Shale Gas off the coast.

Result……earthquakes! Yes, earthquakes, small ones but enough to create minor damage to houses in that area. I say ‘minor’ because things quickly shut down before anything major happened and property prices fell.

Now there is a real threat of this coming to Scotland, even though the Scottish Government have an overall ban in place! Sadly neither the Local Council or Holyrood will have any say because Free Ports and surrounding areas are like a Country within a Country…..in other words they can do what the hell they like!

Time is our enemy here, for the Peoples movement to act it needs to grow and grow quickly. The Central Belt should be fertile ground for Liberation.scot, we need to sound the alarm bells loud and clear especially in area around Ineos.

Along with signing up, those able should take to the streets, although Holyrood at the moment are acting like the three wise monkeys!…..but then I guess some pockets are very deep!

This would never happen if we had a Scotland built on the bricks of the Claim of Right.

This part of the race has become a ‘sprint’. In some ways, it has become a side event! But those in the affected areas will never forgive us if we don’t warn them.
