I was watching the Women’s World Cup Final yesterday, yes I am one of those irritating people who believe Politics should be kept out of Sports! Anyway, my thoughts turned to Teamwork.
Even within footie one can spot the ones with egos, the ones who keep the ball, always want to be the main goalscorer.
The first thing I think about regarding team work is,
“I” = ego!
Salvo has a great team made up of many personalities and from many different Parties, all working together as one people for the People. We should be very proud of that achievemeent. Our goal, a Sovereign Scotland where we the People are Sovereign. For a lot of Scots the word ‘Sovereign’ has no meaning other that being related to Royalty. We have some explaining to do! Because not until they realise the power locked away within them will they have the confidence to act.
Words easily spoken must be explained in full.
So much has been achieved in such a short time, that is no mean feat.
We have attracted attention in places that fear our existence and our goal. Persons are charged with keeping this Union intact and are spending a lot of time and money trying to make Salvo invisible.
They are not doing this because they love Scotland and want us to stay, no, this is about the harvest they reap from Scottish assets……its all about the money!
Money is as we know the root of all evil, and every Act that has been passed in Westminster regarding Scotland is evil because the root of it is money, some of which ends up in personal bank accounts. A good example of this was the Covid contracts! Millions paid out to pop-up companies who had no premises and no workers! No checks were made…..corporate theft!
So, they will move heaven and earth to stop us. This means we as a team must be at the top of our game, where team really means team!
