Criminal Negligence – Defintion, Application & Defenses
Criminal negligence refers to conduct in which a person ignores a known or obvious risk, or disregards the life and safety of others.
Exactly what part of this is not Criminal Negligence ?
The Government is well aware of what is happening but chooses not to intervene. Yet they have monies for the disposal of millions worth of PPE. Between Truss and Sunak they have lost nearly £80b due to their mistakes.
They are spending millions on Bank Nurses, enough to pay for an inflation pay rise! But then, they know others will follow, hoping the public will get sick of the strikes. Once we would but now we know all the facts.
Our A&Es were on their knees long before the strikes. The government tell us millions have been set aside to free up beds but how long does it take for that to trickle down to where it is needed?
Why can’t we reopen Cottage Hospitals where applicable?
How much will it cost to decant elderly patients into Private Care Homes compared to providing Care Workers with a decent wage to look after them in their own homes?
This is reactionary Politics instead of responding to a long-term problem.
The perfect storm has arrived and the NHS is sinking with no life belts.
It is estimated that 500 patients are dying weekly needlessly. That is Criminal Negligence.
The Conservatives, once known for their Midus touch regarding the Economy have now become the touch of death. They kill everything they touch.
It’s not just the NHS that has collapsed, the whole country is collapsing around our ears.
Inflation nearly 11% and they offer workers between 3 and 4%. Wholesale gas prices have dropped by more than 50% yet bills keep rising. Someone somewhere is getting very rich while others freeze to death or starve to death. And our PM whilst wishing us all a Happy New Year has the temerity to tell us it will get worse this year!
Time for the country to unite not just in words but by actions and say ‘enough is enough’
Do your job and fix it.
